Car shopping can be daunting. Every visit to an auto dealership could be a frustrating night of speed dating salespeople with only one thing on their mind - MONEY! After visiting four dealerships in dealership could be a frustrating night of speed dating salespeople with only one thing on their mind - MONEY! After visiting four dealerships in two days, lots of headaches of "can't you put any more money down?" and the haggle, the traffic and what seemed to be an argument everywhere- I finally got out the laptop and searched for other dealerships nearby. I found PBs on Craigslist! A human answered the phone. And, not just any human, but this person actually had a personality and was very personable. Her name was Laura and she was nice to speak to me for a while and find out exactly what make and model of car that I wanted along with any bells and whistle desired. Laura informed me she would give me a call back. I was positive I would not receive a call back until Monday. But, a few hours later, I received a phone call from Laura and she informed me she had FOUND the perfect car for me. It had every feature I wanted and with a price that beat the dealerships by $200 a month! Basically, I had the same payment as my old car with very little down. The best thing - ONE trip is all it took to take care of this new car purchase. No running around town - haggling back and forth on my time. More

I recently purchased a used Toyota Mini van. I went into the dealer knowing that I had a good chance of not qualifying for a loan, but Rob and Mike bent over backwards to make it happen and it did. They kept me up to date on their progress and worked very hard to make this much need vehicle a dream come true for me. Now I stop by for all of those silly things like....What's this button for, how do I take out this seat and simply for my puppy Tank to say hello, and I am still given their full attention to my needs even after the paperwork was signed!!!!! I recently purchased a vehicle through PB's Auto Village and I must say I had a terrific experience. I have been to many different dealerships and this dealership was not only the best but the frien Village and I must say I had a terrific experience. I have been to many different dealerships and this dealership was not only the best but the friendliest (not pushy) and the pricing were great!! Brian Beattie was my salesman and he was outstanding. Brian was very patient with me, when I came to PB's I was not 100% sure what I was looking for so I test drove a few cars and SUV's. Brian went through everything with me, vehicle by vehicle. I did come back a couple of times to test drive a few more to really get a feel for what I wanted, Brian was so helpful. I went with a SUV and I absolutely Love It!!! Brian also explained all the paperwork to me step by step to make sure that I understood exactly what I would be paying, what my percentage rate would be etc. no surprises. My overall experience at PB's was fabulous & the pricing was unbeatable compared to any other dealership I have ever been too. I would differently purchase another vehicle at PB's and I will recommend PB's Auto Village to everyone!!! More

I've been to PB's three times to test drive used cars I see on the website and Brian and his staff are always very friendly. They do not use high pressure sales technique and it's very relaxed. I was referred to Pbs Auto Village by a friend who claimed to have a great experience purchasing a car from them. My experience was close to the same other than the fact Id say mine was excellent!!! Rob was not a pushy sales man and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection was so good I had a hard time choosing which vehicle I wanted. The final paperwork was made very easy by Brian and went quick and smoothly. I love my new car and the fact I can bring it back there to be serviced in they're on site garage!!! More

My car buying experience with PBs Auto Village was excellent. I had an idea of what I was looking for but wasn't sure. I had seen a chevy van at PBs online and went to go to take a look at it. There were a few corks for an outlet inside of the van that i didn"t need so right away rob said I can have those cut out and sea take a look at it. I had paperwork done the same day and they were great all the way around. My salesman was good at getting everything done and took care of all of my needs for the vehicle. Will be going there again. My recent experience with PB's Auto Village couldn't have been better. I was dreading visiting a dealership with two boys in tow and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with couldn't have been better. I was dreading visiting a dealership with two boys in tow and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful with them; and it is greatly appreciated! The atmosphere was very professional, but laid back and most importantly pressure free. The gentlemen I worked with was friendly, very knowledgable and accomodating. I will do business with them again in the near future to ensure I will be putting my son in to a high quality, safe and great priced used car. More
