Our overall experience was very good. It was a simple enough process and staff were great. The problem came with the fact that they are selling Tesla's and should not be. If you do not know how your product works, don't have it on the lot. Thanks to our son, a Tesla expert, and the Tesla 24-hr hotline, we got done what needed to happen, but it was ALL without anyone from the dealership. We almost had to leave the lot without our vehicle because it had the previous owner's past charging debt attached and the car wasn't able to be charged. Would've been 5 stars if not for buying a Tesla on a non-Tesla lot. More
