Horrible Management and service My daughter bought a vehicle from here not too long ago. She had this car for a total of 20 days before it broke down on their way to New Mexico. My daughter, her fiance and 15 month old baby were stranded for 4 hours waiting on a tow truck that never arrived. Thank god they made it to their desitination safely. As my daughter and her family were on their way home to Wiliams, the Jeep broke down again. This time a tow truck did arrive and my daughter was informed that the transmission went out. Eventually Oxendale Hyundai sent one of their employees to pick them up in New Mexico and provided my daughter a rental car until hers was fixed. My daughter was under the impression that the dealership was going to pay for all of the repairs since she has not even had this vehicle for a month. Last week my daughter, step dad and grand baby went to the dealership to talk about this car she had purchased. My daughter spoke to the general manager Rich Beecroft who then told her she was responsible for the repairs and she either needed to pay or sign a statement that she would make payments on the repairs. As my daughter refused to sign this paper or pay for the repairs, Rich Beecroft became very unprofessional calling my daughter and step dad a piece of xxxx. This happened in front of other customers as well as employees. Rich Beecroft then told my daughter and step dad to leave and not to go anywhere near the rental and if they did they would call the cops on them. Rich Beecroft left my daughter, grand baby and step dad stranded in Flagstaff. Thankfully there was an employee nice enough to give them a ride to Belmont. I have spoken to the repair shop in New Mexico, I was informed that Oxendale in Flagstaff told them to only fix certain things on my daughter's Jeep and not fix everything that was wrong. Is this even legal? I am seeking legal advice on this issue. To have a general manager of a dealership treat my daughter, woman or a customer the way he has is unacceptable. For one, as a man to talk to any female like this is abusive and degrading. My daughter is not without a vehicle, not even the one she traded in or the cash value of the car she traded in. This dealership has not done anything to fix this sitaution. I am completely outraged by the ethics of this company. I want everyone to know how this company and general manger, Rich Beecroft treats his customers as well as women!. You should be ashamed of yourself. Writing this review will not stop here, we will be reporting this, we will seek legal advice and we will make it publicaly known on how this company works. More

They payed a good price for more trade in, much better than Toyota (I traded in a 2014 Toyota). Their prices were good (after rebate, price = MSRP) and included all the features (tint, wheels, etc.) without additional fees. Really felt like they were working to get you a good deal and not just sale you something as quickly as possible to get you on your way (like Findley does). More

It was a pleasure to see that kind of commitment to service which we did not see at the Prescott Valley Oxendale dealership. That was a horrible experience and will never return there or lead anyone else to shop there. The Oxendale business practice should not except the way it is ran in Prescott Valley I would recommend some serious staff and management re-evaluation . I am glad to see how well ran the Flagstaff location it is and will continue to send business to them. Thank you. More
