Owen was very honest, took the time to get to know me and what I look for in a car, and really helped me make the best choice based on my needs without any pressure. He was very approachable and easy to reach -- he allowed me to text him/call him whenever, and really worked around my crazy work schedule. I ended up debating between two cars, which can make some dealers impatient, but Owen was understanding and did not sway me one way or the other. Although we did have a checkered experience with our finance manager (Joe Rasulzad- please see separate survey for review), Owen really showed that it's possible for a dealer to work with integrity and to come up with a deal that's beneficial for both parties. I looked at every other van out there. The Honda Odyssey was the last one I had to look at before I could make a decision.
