I can honestly say that this dealership is the most awful place to buy a vehicle and the staff is very discourteous. I purchased a used car from them and I completely understand that the car is very old. How place to buy a vehicle and the staff is very discourteous. However I did not expect that quite a few VERY expensive things would break on it and render it pretty much useless in less than a year!!!!! Within 6 months, the power steering rack went out and that is a $1000+ repair, My Catalytic converter is bad ( the dealership service department told me it was my o2 sensor and would not work with me to replace it while it was under warranty) both my drivers side window regulators have gone out and now my key gets stuck in the ignition all the time. I have had other issues too that they actually did cover under the 2 month warranty like the mass airflow sensor going out. Who could sell someone this and not feel bad about what a piece of junk vehicle it was?? Ourisman Honda in Laurel!!! I called and spoke to a service manager and he told me that no one put a gun to my head and told me to buy it.. oh wait I'm sorry that this was the ONLY vehicle that fit in my price range that I could get qualified for and that I didn't want to lose my job and be homeless AGAIN!! He said he didn't understand me not wanting to be homeless.. how insensitive!! I work in customer service and as far as everything I have learned in this job.. Your supposed to help and appease the customer at all times!!! I was so disrespected by everything this dealership did!!! I wrote an email to the GM about everything and received no reply. You would think that he would be worried about a severely unhappy customer.. guess not!!! I DO NOT reccommend buying anything from this dealership!! Even if it is a new car! They will leave you high and dry and be rude to you when the vehicle starts heading downhill. The overall experience with this dealership was terrible! More

Took 2005 Honda CRV in for recall. In the process of fixing the power window unit, the multi point inspection they did revealed several "safety an security issues" such as cracked ball joints, brakes , fixing the power window unit, the multi point inspection they did revealed several "safety an security issues" such as cracked ball joints, brakes , compliance bushing and rusted heat shield on the catalytic converter.. Total was $1800. The service rep was not sure if the vehicle was safe for my daughter to drive. I chose not to have the service done and the next day drove the car to my regular mechanic to have the repairs fixed.. After going over all of the repair issues, they found that NONE of the repairs were necessary. DO NOT TAKE CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I am reporting the dealership to the Maryland Attorny General for Consumer Affairs to see what they can do about this More

She left no stone unturned... AMAZING. Marshall is the best sales person hands down. On the test drive, we drove and talked as if we were old college buddies. He showed me every feature of the truck and did not frown when I asked what may have been "dumb" questions. If you're purchasing a new or used Honda, this is the dealer for you.... NOW... Honda Service. Along with the new 2013 Honda Pilot I just purchased, I also have a 2003 Honda Accord... My service advisors are Randi and Jerry. These two are OUTSTANDING... Randi always answers any questions I have, tell me when I can hold off on doing certain services (especially if it's out of my budget) and is very timely. She not only explains everything to me, she takes her time to go in depth about the service that's being performed on the car. Jerry, he's my truck guy. I have a running joke with them, I tell Randi she gets the car, Jerry get's the truck. I ran over a nail with my brand new truck. I knew Marva explained the road hazard that I purchased, but of course you never really understand anything until it happens. Jerry took his time explained it again, got my truck in and out and I was back on the road and at work without being late. UNREAL. I couldn't thank him enough. Overall, I know I sound like I'm just rambling on and on about this dealership, but I've owned many cars for many years. This is my 3rd Honda Dealer that I've ever been to, and out of all THIS IS THE BEST....second to none... More
My car buying process was pretty painless. It began with me obtaining a price through the United Buying Service and Marshall immediately reached out to me buy email. When I arrived at Ourisman on Saturday (10/6), Marshall treated my wife and I great. I told him what I wanted and he told me the color I wanted would be in on Friday (10/12). That Friday he called to let me know it was there and Saturday (10/13) I went in the morning and picked the car up. Tyrone Cypress, Business Manager, took car of all the financial paperwork as fast as he could while making sure we were clear on what we were purchasing and our options. One of the accessories I ordered was not in when I picked up the car but Tony in the service department promptly called me when the spoiler arrived and scheduled an appointment to have it installed. The misses and I had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely consider Ourisman for any future services & purchases. More

Rachel is THE most disarming person you could EVER meet. Had walked in the door only expecting to afford a lesser expensive model, yet she showed me a special car that was much lower and in my price range, which I CANNOT thank her enough!!! She is highly intuitive.....I was paranoid and thought they were laughing at me, and she sensed it and came to tell me what joke they were laughing......She is an impressive person. On top of that, it was just COMPLETELY impressive how Rachel ACTUALLY knows about ALL the differences on the different motors and suspensions....It is ALWAYS so cool to meet a very nice, pretty, girl who knows about cars!!! Ourisman is lucky to have her and should do WHATEVER it takes to keep her happy. We got to know each other over the couple of hours and she will definitely make you laugh..... Am stubborn myself, so its hard for me to admit I don't understand something, and I said to myself with all the new technology that the vehicle has, I will read the manual. There is a feature in the car, which is simple but SO brilliant for those akward moments when you go to Valet Parking, and since it was a long week, was sooooooooo tired, she pleasantly explained it to me 3 times. I dont know what I'd do without her help...because Honestly I never will probably read the manual, but i know the most important stuff now. Hope she will still be around when its time for my next vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Rachel Cameron at Ourisman Volkswagen and Honda. She has followed up with me twice...who else would do that? More
