Wrote trouble ticket noting mechanics tool left under front p Arrived on time...SA Ozzie was at my vehicle within 2 minutes. Confirmed my appointment. Wrote trouble ticket noting mechanics tool left under front passenger seat during repair of audio amplifier several weeks earlier...causing seat to jam mid-point during rearward adjustment. Repair completed within 60 minutes. Ozzie commented that mechanic was pleased that I returned the "rather costly" tool. "Happy to oblige" said I; No charge for repair...seat now retracts per spec More
