I went there for my second time for service. Both times the guys that i had to deal with were both xenophobic and rude. Today, Michael and the cashier tried to make me pay $79 for oil change that was still the guys that i had to deal with were both xenophobic and rude. Today, Michael and the cashier tried to make me pay $79 for oil change that was still under warranty. Then; they went down to $20, then did me a favor, and I could go for free. As a result; my car remained unwashed, and uncleaned, It will be the last time, I went to this place for service or anything. I even regret to have bought a car here! More

Amazing customer service Upon arriving to Ourisman we had visited another dealership in the area looking to buy a new car. We had test drove the car (Explorer ST) at the other dealership with little interaction with the sales consultant about what features were on the car. For many reasons we decided to leave and check out the car at Ourisman (they actually had the exact car, color and options that we wanted). When we arrived we were greeted by Quentin Walters who was very friendly and personable. He took us to the storage lot to see the car as it had just arrived and hadn't made it to the dealership lot yet. On the drive he explained everything! When I say everything I mean everything! He was so knowledgeable, it was very impressive. You could tell off the bat how much he invested his time into know everything about this car. Fast forward to making the deal. He was very very helpful getting us to feel comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. We can't thank him and everyone else that day who help. We look forward to seeing him when we are at the dealership for services. THANK YOU QUENTIN :) More
3-hour oil change and non-existing customer service I came to this dealership because the horn on my F-150 truck didn't work. I made an appointment for a Wednesday at 11AM. Since I was already there at the service center, I also asked them to change oil and do safety inspection. The "service advisor", Daniel, was not very friendly and didn't seem to care that much. I waited for two hours and then I had to chase Daniel around to ask for a status. He said he'd go check and be right back. 30 minutes later, with no sign of Daniel, I walked to the advisor work stations, and they told me that Daniel had left for lunch. I couldn't believe it, but another advisor there, Sarah, helped me out and checked on my truck, She was very helpful (she was new there) and 20 minutes later I got my truck back. They told me the horn was faulty, and they had to order a new one. They didn't do the inspection and all they did was oil change (cost me around $160, probably included Daniel's lunch). I left at just after 2PM, 3 hours later. Terrible service, and the worst thing is I have to come back there for the horn still. Jose, the service manager, said I could deal with him, which is better than facing Daniel again, but I don't feel the culture of proper customer service exists in this place; your time, your needs and your car are worth nothing for them. I'd go to another dealership, but they told me other dealerships don't have horns in stock either. More

They ran my credit and told me i had a high down payment then they told me i need a co signer, then they told i just wasn't approved. I received a letter from capital one indicating my application was incomplete and that's why I wasn't approved , How ever I spoke with ford financing myself who gave me my application number and said the dealership should have told what it take to get in the truck I want. Instead they pull my credit drop my score and sent me away. I am Cash strong I could have put a high down payment. This dealership showed that they are unwilling to take the extra steps in working with customer in obtain their dream car. They are not to be trusted to have any best interest of the customers. More

I was quoted hundreds less from lincoln concierge. Parts said they would have my parts in 2 to 3 days. It took a week. Customer service is horrible and they must absolutely abhor military! The Worst Service Center!!! The service center at this location is very unprofessional. I took my 2017 Lincoln Continental here to have new tires and rims put on the vehicle. I The service center at this location is very unprofessional. I took my 2017 Lincoln Continental here to have new tires and rims put on the vehicle. I dealt with Simon in the service department. They charged my insurance company over $6,000.00 to replace the rims and tires, however, when I received the vehicle back the center caps were missing. I called immediately after getting my car and was told by Simon that the tech who worked on the vehicle was off that day and he could not gain access to his locked tool box. He advised he would contact me back the following day once the tech came back in. I called back the following day after not hearing from Simon and left a message. He did not contact me back so I called him back the following day once again. This time he answered the phone and again stated the tech was not in. I find this very hard to believe and felt he was being extremely lazy by not even checking. It was the first excuse to come to his head. Again, he said he would find out and contact me back. Almost a week has gone by and I had yet to hear from Simon or anyone at Ourisman so I placed a call to Simon for the fourth time and left a message stating my next step would be to contact his supervisor because of how unprofessional this whole situation has been. I received a call back from Simon about two hours later. He stated the center caps have been ordered and I said Thank You and then he hung the phone up on me. Once they get your money they could care less about what occurs after that. I own a business and this is not how we treat our customers. I went to this service center because I purchased my vehicle here but I will never purchase another vehicle from this location nor will I us the service center. More
We give 0 "Clucks" Service dept. lack skill in diagnosing problems right on the FIRST service appt. Was told & paid for a $204 fix. After tow, exact, same, problem reappeared 3 wks later, in which I was told it is really a $2900 fix. These FOOLS actually thought I was going to give them nearly $3000 for the check-engine light to come on again for, perhaps, a $5000 fix. Three tows later, and after I had to call to get the second diagnosis, I will NEVER deal with these incompetent xxxxxx again. Did I mention I've purchased 4 cars from these folks AND worked in their gov relations office on a short-term project!? The first $204 fix for coolant; they initially thought they were going to charge me $360, but I called 4 other Ford Dealerships & found out they were overcharging nearly $200! I told them, you match it, or II' leaving. Not only incompetent, but money-grabbing gold-diggers. More
