AVOID THIS DEALER! Tried to tell me my explorer needed >$650 worth of repairs, including replacing my K&N airfilter, the PCV valve that had been replaced two weeks earlier at my orginal dealer before I re >$650 worth of repairs, including replacing my K&N airfilter, the PCV valve that had been replaced two weeks earlier at my orginal dealer before I returned to DC, and finally, the solonoid part that actually needed replaced. I specifically asked in advance for them to record the diagnostic codes for me, but they didn't. I asked the "service advisor" to show me the parts that needed to be replaced, he didn't even know where the air filter was, let alone what a K&N filter was. I took my explorer to a mechanic recommended on cartalk.com, who fixed the problem for around $300 - and even left the old part in the new box on my floorboard for me. 2 years later and haven't had another problem with it - and haven't gone back to Ourisman. I'm getting ready to buy a new F-150 - you can bet it won't be from Ourisman. Almost forgot to mention - they charged me $75 for the diagnostic. I left a written request for the service manager to contact me - never heard a thing. They keep sending me service flyers though. Morons. More
