Purchased a vehicle a week ago. A new set of locks were supposed to be mailed out earlier this week and management doesn’t know if that has been done yet so he says get the lock removed and then drive on 4 lugs until new ones are received in the mail or buy some and wait for refund. Would you do this to your hellcat? Unacceptable, disappointing, frustrating, disrespectful, unconcerned, unprofessional, extremely stressful to have to call daily to be safe. If a flat occurs car will have to be towed and that’s another expense not to mention dangerous. I will not purchase from there again. Little things are often major issues. I need to be contacted by the director or owner of the business this is an extremely poor representation!!!!! More

Mind you, we’ve only ever had Ford dealerships work on the vehicle. We are in the process of addressing NEARLY A YEAR’S WORTH of mistakes, but everyone needs a warning that they will make MULTIPLE errors and then try to pin it on you financially and refuse to answer the phone for their own corporate office to address the issues called out. Chris Browne is the most vile individual I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. BY ALL COSTS AVOID THIS JUNKYARD OF CARS AND PEOPLE. More

In addition, we have a 2023 Lincoln Aviator with three recalls and two of the three do not have a fix after 6 months of the recall notice. More
Quentin Walters and Jeff Rosenblatt are awesome! I contacted the dealership in early January about a used 2013 Ford Explorer Sport that they had listed on their website. I told Quentin that I was looking for one of these vehicles specifically and was very interested in the vehicle despite being over two hours away. Quentin let me know that the vehicle had already been sent to auction. After I expressed my interest in the vehicle, the dealership brought the vehicle back from the auction and I made an appointment to go out and see it. I really liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it, but it needed some work. Ourisman did over $5,000 worth of work to the vehicle to get it show room ready for me. I got to pick it up about two weeks later and I was so very impressed with the work that they did! I could not be happier with my experience here at this dealership. Everyone that I worked with was great. Even weeks later I had a small issue with the vehicle and the dealership continued to work with me to get it resolved. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Salesman was outstanding, very personable. He anticipated my needs and did things I needed and wanted done without me having to ask. Very thorough when showing me the features of the vehicle. She got me what I wanted. I hate it when the finance person really pushes for the extras... She was thorough in showing me what was available, but didn't push... I like that. I was in and out of her office in about 10 minutes... Which is exactly what I wanted. Overall this dealership is excellent... The manager was available to talk to me when I wanted... Overall I was very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. More
We bought our 2023 Escape from Tez Green in October. Tez was very professional with our sale. The service department however is terrible! Our car has been in for service two times since the sale and it Tez was very professional with our sale. The service department however is terrible! Our car has been in for service two times since the sale and it is still there for over four weeks. We do not receive updates, written information, and only occasional phone calls returned. We need to get in touch with them to receive updates on our car. When we do get the car back, we plan to take it to another Ford dealership for future service. The customer service and communication in the service department needs to be greatly improved. More
