My initial internet contact was with Ten who had a car meeting my needs all set up when I arrived at the dealership, Santiago, the salesman assigned to me, was very friendly and he demonstrated the Camry's features and was able to answer all my questions. Awesome Service We have been all over searching for the right vehicle. We visited many dealerships and hands down this dealership was the most professional. Tony (our salesman) was very responsive with our phone calls and texts back and forth with questions as we were 2 hours away so we had lots of questions before driving that distance. When we arrived we were greeted by a couple of different salesman that were very polite and got Tony for us right away. Then Tony asked if we wanted coffee, expresso, latte, water or a soda. He already had the car out ready to go when we arrived. We were also greeted by Bernie (Sales Manager) with a friendly hand shake and smile. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the 4runner we were looking at, as if he had gone through the car so he could answer questions. As I said earlier we have been to many dealerships (other Toyota dealerships, Honda dealerships etc) and none of the salesman were half as knowledgable on their product than Tony and Bernie. Later we met Emmad (finance manager) and he was just as nice and knowledgeable. The entire car buying experience at this dealership was TOP NOTCH!!! I would highly recommend them. More
