Ourisman charged below the Kelly Blue Book price for the car (even when accounting for the $850 dealer fee standard with each car) and included a brand new hybrid battery, which made the car an even better deal. My daughter and I felt safe--all the employees wore masks (as legally required), and there was a sign on the door requesting customers wear masks. More
can not trust I had brought my car in for a recall and to find out why my AC was not working. Brian did not fully explain the whole process to me or what they were I had brought my car in for a recall and to find out why my AC was not working. Brian did not fully explain the whole process to me or what they were doing and was told to just pay $300 and that they will identify the leak in my car's AC. He then told me to come back in a few days so they can identify the leak. I then verified with him to ask if additional charges will be made when I come back and he said no more additional charges. When I went back to the dealer today, Brian tells me I need to pay an additional $1400 to fix my AC. I was surprised and he denied his claims of not needing me to pay anymore additional charges. I had gone to another auto shop the previous day to check my AC and he only charged $25 for evaluation. I do not appreciate people taking advantage of customers during harsh times like these. More

We never even had to enter the dealership or get physically close to any other person while going through the entire car buying process. Both gentlemen could not have been nicer to us or more accommodating to both our personal needs and car buying preferences. In the end, they gave us an incredible deal on the car we wanted, which could not be matched by any other dealership in the DMV. And believe me, I contacted most of them. Over the top My regular maintenance went fine, but I had to return for a problem I was responsible for (lost my keys). I stopped back in with a friend and got Melanie, my original service rep. She and another person helped me search in my car for my keys (I knew they were there). She found them in record time. My friend commented on how nice and helpful they were. As a woman myself, we each have had less than stellar service elsewhere. Kudos!!! More

Irresponsible Dealer! Please avoid this dealer since they won’t be responsible for defects happens to their certified cars even if that defect would endanger their client’s Please avoid this dealer since they won’t be responsible for defects happens to their certified cars even if that defect would endanger their client’s life! Here’s my story: I’ve bought a certified Camry 2015 with 30K miles on it 6 month ago from this dealer! The car came with 4 brand new Goodyear tires while they didn’t give me the tire’s warranty booklet. I didn’t know this mistake until last week that both my front tires got flat at the same time on the sidewalls which means the tires were of such a low quality! One of my tires got a 3-inch hole on the sidewall at low speed! Thank god we weren’t on a highway in the time of that incident! Anyway, I’m following up this problem to at least get my flat tires covered by my toyota certification or tire manufacturer warranty. Both of them denied to help me and referred me to each other! I’m still shocked why two front tires should get flat at the same time on the sidewall while they’ve been only used for less than 8k miles! It puts my whole family’s life in danger! After all, instead of being regret for this terrible mistake, their rude service guy tells me “Toyota is not a tire manufacture! “ Can you believe this! I feel so frustrated now. I’ll follow l this matter up to the related agencies to get my right! I strongly discourage anyone to deal with this irresponsible dealer! You can pay a little more to a more reputable dealer which has more respect for their customer’s safety! I'm sure that the owner will reply under my review here and leave a number to call him! However, this is just a show up! I called them 10 times and couldn't talk with their manager! Also, I left a lot of messages for them, but still didn't get back a simple apology! This is embarrassing!!! More
