I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T from Ourisman Dodge in Clarksville, MD on November 18, 2011. This was a Certified Pre Owned car with 18,000 miles. The car was cleaned and detailed so it showed how nice the car truly is. I had been shopping for one of these cars and had previously test driven several others; this was the best and at a good price. The salesperson put gas in the car (used car purchase) so I didn't have to stop for gas on my 2 hour drive home, that was a nice touch. They supplied a copy of the "Car Fax" report at no charge, and I check this on any used car I purchase. The dealership went even farther to help me get the car home. Since I live 2 hours away they saved me from having to find somebody to drive me to the dealership to pick up my car. I was going on business travel the following week and I caught ride to BWI airport with a coworker. When I returned, the dealership sent their courtesey van to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership (15 minutes) so I could drive my new car home. The driver was right on time and I didn't have to wait at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for me. I highly recommend this salesperson (Jenna Day) and this dealer. I didn't feel pressured to buy and Jenna was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, and answered all my questions. More

The trade-in was fair and they found and got the vehicle i wanted in within 48 hours. Sylvia was great to work with handling Internet sales in Levi's abscense and Jim Olney did a great job walking me through the vehicle and even set my Blackberry up (for the technologically challenged). I was looking for a Wrangler Unlimited as a compromise between a daily driver and family SUV, and my motorcycle which I sold...something I could ride with the wind through my hair. Fred Eldridge patiently talked me through the options that come with a Wrangler, let me take two out for a test drive...and I walked away from the dealership without a "hard sell", that was Sunday. But we stayed in touch through the week and I ended up coming back and purchasing a Rubicon the following Friday. The dealership gave me a very good trade-in deal, and I got a fair price on the Wrangler. I brought my own financing for Ourisman was able to find a better rate for me with another bank. I have not had a chance to use the service department much except for purchasing some additional accessories and the staff at Ourisman has been very courteous. Overall, it was a very pleasant vehicle-purchasing experience. More

My sales guy, Jason Kerr, was REALLY easy to work with, never pressured and I really felt like he was working for me as opposed to against me. Ron Ward was the sales manager I dealt with. I also felt very comfortable with him, as he got me to a deal I was very comfortable with with only limited negotiating instead of a "fight". I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. Overall a very good experience and I would return there for another vehicle when the time is rigt. More

Today, October 30, 2011, I purchased a 2012 "Red" Dodge Challenger. I was very impressed by the Salesperson, Ms. Sylvia Jeffers. She was knowlegeable about the car, regarding my many inquiries. Purchasing a new car is not normally my favorite thing to do, however Ms. Jeffers explained the procedure, and made me feel very comfortable during the negotiation process. I believe I purchased this car at a Fair and Reasonable Price, in other words a win - win situation. All of my suggested pricing was either met or exceeded. After pricing was finalized, I met with Dina, (in the Accounting Department) who was very pleasent, and knowledgeable too. She set-up all of the final contract correspondence, and took time to explain each document prior to my signature in a very professional, patient manner. As I was departing the Dealership Showroom, Steve Ritter, Assistant Service Manager looked me in the eye, shook my hand, and congratulated me on the vehicle purchase. He indicated to call if there were any questions or concerns. In closing the loop regarding this car purchase, Ms. Jeffers installed the license tag, and explained features (of the car) not previously discussed. She indicated to contact her if there were any remaining inquiries. Lesson---I did stop by another local Dodge Dealer, test road a Challenger, on October 24. They never called me back, maybe they thought that I was not serious, their loss is Ourisman's gain. Therefore, needless to say, I feel fortunate that I stopped by Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge this afternoon. More
