i was happy with the service given to me buying a new town and country. RON WARD was helpfull and not pushy. also he followed through on all he said he would from calling me back in a timely manner to crediting me back a charge card deposit like he said he would with out being asked at closing. I ended up ordering a Charger SRT8, and to help me get it faster, they switched the specs on one they had already ordered for production. They also guaranteed me a great price on my trade-in, if I kept it under a specified mileage. When my car arrived, two weeks earlier than she had predicted, Jenna seemed nearly as excited about it as I was. I tried to remind her that she had already sold the car! They honored the trade-in price they had previously quoted me and had the new one ready for me within hours of it being rolled off the truck. This was by far the best experience I have had with a salesperson and dealership. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

I had been in the market for a new truck for quite awhile and had almost decided to purchase a truck from another dealer (even though it did not have all of the options I wanted but was the closest). I decided to try using my USAA car buyer program and Ourisman RAM came up as a preferred dealer who would match the price but they did not have a truck with all of the options I wanted either. So they recommended I order a truck from the factory with everything exactly as I wanted it and they would still honor the USAA price. So, after a short wait, I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 configured exactly as I wanted it, in the color I wanted, and for the price I was willing to pay for it.
