My wife and I were looking to purchase a new minivan and we went through an evaluation process of whether we would buy a new vehicle or go to Carmax and get a used one (and we have had very good dealings wi we went through an evaluation process of whether we would buy a new vehicle or go to Carmax and get a used one (and we have had very good dealings with Carmax in the past). Ourisman was one of the very few Chrysler/Dodge dealerships that listed the dealer discount on their webpage, and that helped provide more transparency (very similar to Carmax's no negotiation approach). Without that information, it is very possible that we would have purchased a used minivan from Carmax, but the discount information they provided was vital in our decision that, in this case, a new minivan was more cost effective. This, plus some vehicles in their inventory that interested us, is what got us into their showroom to begin with. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, a salesman, Sherwin Wilson, approached us and introduced himself. Based on a number of prior experiences in other dealerships with what I will kindly refer to as aggressive salesmen, I was ready to battle and ultimately walk out if necessary. However, Mr. Wilson was a welcome change in that he was helpful, but not pushy, when he asked for information he explained why he needed it, and ultimately provided a very satisfying experience. When we needed to leave (without making any decision), he did not ask if or when we were coming back, he just thanked us for coming in. Later that day at 6:15pm we came back and asked a gentleman (Mr. Levi Haslup) if Mr. Wilson was available. He informed us that the dealership closed at 6:00 and that all the sales staff were gone. Instead of just asking us to come back tomorrow, he volunteered to get keys and walk us to a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in. When we asked a few questions, he apologized and said that he was a -numbers person- and didn't know the details of the vehicles like the sales staff did. He was quite friendly and helpful in what I would call above and beyond the call of duty. We returned the next day and met up with Mr. Wilson again for a couple of hours and ultimately completed a purchase of a Chrysler Town and Country minivan. He conducted himself as he did the day before in a helpful, laid-back (in a good way) manner that resulted in a pleasant experience. I met a couple of other staff, including the manager (Mr. Ron Ward), during the visit who also helped to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. More

Great sales people; I worked with Sherwin Wilson and he was informative and helpful. He helped me transfer stuff from my old car (trade-in) to my new car. I tend to ask many semi-unrelated questions , so I always appreciate entertainment as I wait for others to finalize paperwork. The finance person that did all of the paper work at the dealership was not a people person though. She answered all of my questions, but you can clearly tell she didn't like talking to people - I guess that's good that she was just the person at the end to finalize the paper work and not make the sale. It's okay :). Overall I would recommend this dealership and Sherwin Wilson as a sales person. More

My wife wanted a new mini van, so on 4/14/12 we went to ourisman and looked at some of the vans with anew salesman. They did a price for us so we said we would go home and think about it. They called back on monday with a lower rate and to call back. We try to reach our salesman but he could not be reached. My wife talked briefly with Ron Ward. On wednesday Jim called to ask if we were still interested in a van and I said yes, but my wife wanted to look at 2 town and countries on the lot and to drive one. Jim was very obliging to ask when and what time. we came over wed. evening, my wife drove the van all the time Jim was explaining some of the features of the van . when we got back he let her look at the other one we were interested in and a couple others but decided on the one we drove. Jim did some numbers and came to a price with fiancing we ccould afford. She had previously told him that we wanted to take it on saturday, which he ask what time. No pressure no rush just carring about what we want. When we picked up the van we worked with Juan in financing, he was just great getting us financed with all the extras we could afford. The best was that on sunday Juan called to say he even got us lower rate and if we could come back sign the papers again. My wife called this going above the call for the customers. Ourisman should be proud of the of there sales staff.Jim is an excellent sales person and My wife and I would recommend anyone to see him for a great deal and a very knowledgable person about the product. From talking with her on the phone and obtaining advice when needed to working out the numbers and driving off the lot, Jenna made the experience seamless and easy. Being a recent college graduate, I do not have all the money in the world to throw at a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler, but Jenna made sure that I got the right car at the right price. It wasn't just her sales skills that impressed me, it was her personality, friendliness, and authenticity that made me purchase the vehicle. Since it is a very important purchase, I wanted my saleswoman to be real and genuine with me; with Jenna I got all of that and more.
