Fred was very helpful when I came in to talk about purchasing a new car. I knew what I wanted going in but he explained all of my options and did not try to talk me into buyin anything that I wasn't i purchasing a new car. At first I thought Dina was going to try to talk me into purchasing a warranty that I did not want or need but she turned out to be helpful and worked with me to get an additional warranty that was still in my price range. He spent enough time during test drives and explanation of features so that we felt that we could make the right decision without any pressure. When we had finally settled on a specific vehicle a few days later we found that it had just been sold. Dan went out of his way to find the exact model and color combination from another dealer and brought it in the very next day. Negotiating the sale price and the trade-in value of our used car were straightforward and fair, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Signing the final paperwork was equally quick, after letting Juan know that we were not interested in extended warranties or other offers he quickly moved on to signing the necessary documents. After having listened to the sales pitch for these add-on at other dealerships before this was a refreshing departure from the norm.
