Best Service Advisor in 40 years!!! My car is still at the dealership unfortunately waiting for a transmission tech, but my service advisor Kieth has been in constant contact with me. Wh My car is still at the dealership unfortunately waiting for a transmission tech, but my service advisor Kieth has been in constant contact with me. When I stopped by to get something out the car, Kieth linked me with another ZL1 owner, and I ended up spending almost 2 hours at the dealership just talking, sharing and comparing our cars. It was a great experience. At almost 40 years of age, and with at least 10 cars purchased in my life time from various dealers, Kieth is without a doubt the best service advisor Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Although I'm sure many of the other advisors are good, I wont deal with anyone but Kieth, as the customer service is top notch, and he treats my car as if its his own; a very rare quality found in service advisors today!!! More

There was no resolution just a TON of excuses and Bragging about how good there customer service is. Hmmm, I don't see how this is true if my original car keys were thrown in the trash and my car was damaged. The reviews are real in accurate your taking a risk with this location. At this location your a value of 0, they ask you to give them a perfect survey score because it helps them. What a way to hide the truth, and care nothing about the customer. I would love to get a call and hopefully a resolution from Bobby the owner, or should I just leave a voicemail just to be put right back in the hands of Irene. So uncomfortable and unsettling. More

Survey I had the best experience at this location for it being my very 1st time . Rushed service I recently brought my truck in for service and informed Mr. Mills that my caliper was locking up.
