The service I received was the worst I have ever had in my life. I spent over $4,000 for parts/service. The parts took almost a month and was installed damaged plus had shoe prints all in side my vehicle. my life. I spent over $4,000 for parts/service. If i could rate them -stars I would. The people acted like it was nothing and that was the sad part. No effort to make it right. Don't use Bowie Chevy service center because they don't value their customers. Wish i could rate them No star because that is how i was treated. More

After dealing with my CRAZY warranty company for 5 months to replace my Escalade rim that I had to put air in my tire daily 😤 Keith in SERVICE made it happen with ease!! A tire rotation at Ourisman might kill you. I brought my truck into Ourisman Chevrolet for a tire rotation and some recall work. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed a vibration as I was dr I brought my truck into Ourisman Chevrolet for a tire rotation and some recall work. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed a vibration as I was driving. At first I shrugged it off as tire wear differences due to the rotation. I picked up my son and drove home. As I was driving, I noticed a thumping sound when I hit the breaks and the vibration was getting worse. When I got home, I pulled on the tires. Front left was fine. When I pulled on the front right...it moved! I popped the hub cap off and two of the lug nuts were barely on the posts and all the rest of them were spinning freely. No-one had even attempted to tighten those lugs. Had I driven for a few more miles, I might not have been alive to write this review. More

I have owned Chevy’s for over 25 years, and will re-think buying my next one much less any car from the Bowie/Annapolis area after this service. Service desk staff was courteous. When I asked about the status of my Oil change, after having waited over 2 hours, in a waiting room with no Wi-Fi or Cellular coverage, I was informed that my truck had not even been pulled into the bay yet. When I asked for my keys back and asked to speak to the manager, Bryan, the Service Manager, informed me that 2 to 3 hours is normal for an Oil Change and that the appointment time is not indication of when your car will be serviced (which I understand, but for an oil change that takes 20 minutes, nobody would wait 3 hours into Traffic, during Rush Hour). No mention of this when I was asked if I would be waiting on my vehicle or dropping it off, or when I checked my car in. I was actually informed that it could take up to an hour and a half. This is a poor reflection on any Ourisman Dealership, and the worst customer service I have dealt with. Evidently my time and business are not important to them. More
Disappointing Service Appointment I purchased a certified pre-owned Yukon XL and brought it to Ourisman to to have all the fluids changed and some minor items serviced. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment but when I got there they said they would be with me in a minute and proceeded to stand around for 15 mins until "my" service advisor arrived. Mind you this was the first time I was there so why did i have to wait for "my" service advisor for a half hour when I never had one? Once he arrived I had to tell them everything I wanted done again thus taking another 15+ minutes. So my quick drop off was now at 30 minutes and then I have to wait another 20 minutes for the shuttle. So now I'm into this quick drop off for 50 minutes total! All that was annoying but when I get my car home I notice a slow leak and it turns out they didn't replace the drain plug in my transfer case properly so I needed a return trip. No thanks. I took it to the local GMC dealership which is a little further away but I have no time for Ourisman Chevy. More

Called them they took my # and didn't call back!! They suck never again YOU take my money and leave me hanging!! I had it towed now I guess they need to talk to LAWYERS!! More
The best service I've received at a dealership Due to poorly trained staff at another Ourisman dealership, I was given wrong information about where to get my car service. I have a Hyundai and was told I had to go to Ourisman Chevrolet to get a part for my car. Mike was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and helped make light of a terrible situation. Instead of ushering me out the door to the correct dealer (Hyundai), Mike took my VIN number and ordered the part for my car. I truly appreciate Mike for going beyond the scope of his job, he works for Ourisman Chevrolet and had no obligation to service me, but he did and he apologized profusely for a mistake that he did not create but resolve. More
Ripped Off and Poor Service My wife brought a Chevy Traverse in with the check engine light on. They charged us over $4000 and kept the car for two days only to return it with the light on. When we brought it back, they stated it was a new issue, charged us over $500. When we drove it off the lot, the light was still on. When I called to complain, the service manager's response was "this is a process to fix your car." He said to bring it back and they would continue to try to solve the problem. No one ever told us that it was a "process" that involved us paying large sums of money as they randomly remove parts that have done nothing to turn off the light or improve how the car is driving. After giving them almost $5000, the car has to be returned for another two days. In addition, to their on going charges, don't expect Ken Brady to give any details. He has a "Pay us or leave" attitude which is comparable to the his service manager. No one at Ourisman believes they have done anything wrong. They are happy to continue to remove parts and charge us, and not actually fix anything. I am now forced to go to the State's Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and possibly small claims court. Loads of fun just to fix a car that was running pretty well and only had a light on! More
