I've had my car two months, my temp tags are about to expire. And they're giving me the run around just to get them mailed to me. I drove from out of state to purchase my vehicle. I've driven to Maryland at least three times since purchasing and they weren't in. Now, almost a full two months later, The tags are finally available and now it's an issue for them to be mailed to me. No one answers their phones or emails. It's all xxxxxxxx. And the $200 gift card is a lie too. It's advertised all over their website. However, it's never mentioned in the dealership. So, somehow I don't qualify for it even though i purchased a 2017 Chevy. If you want good customer service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. But if you like being xxxxed and ducked, then go here. More
