Service after the Sale Doesn't Exist I purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic from this dealership. In response to a GM customer satisfaction survey, I sent an e-mail to the manager, Bob Biaggi. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Sonic from this dealership. In response to a GM customer satisfaction survey, I sent an e-mail to the manager, Bob Biaggi. It is reproduced, in part, here: "So far, there have been three issues with the purchase of my 2015 Chevy Sonic. Phone messages are never returned. But, registering my dissatisfaction, via Ourisman's website generates phone calls from showroom staff. The car was sold to me without an antenna. Complaining again, via the Ourisman website, resulted in a call from the showroom to fetch the antenna needed. With a 10/4/15 DMV deadline looming, I had to use the website a second time to get the tag registration transferred from my Aveo to the Sonic." These days, GM sends me junk mail on a regular basis – useless coupons for fantastic GM service department deals. I tried contacting Ourisman to get my name and address taken off of all their service solicitation lists. Of course, phone calls are never returned and Ourisman has stopped responding to my inquiries via their website. My Sonic has a 24-month/24,000 mile warranty. Since I drive the car so little, I’m hoping I won’t need to take the car to the Ourisman service department, for warranty service, before the end of the 24-month timeframe. I am having oil changes and regular maintenance performed by a trusted car repair shop. I end this review with some advice to anyone who has a motor vehicle under warranty, regardless of the manufacturer. If doable, take your motor vehicle to a mechanic you know has a proven track record for basic maintenance and repairs. Have said vehicle checked out for whatever you think needs fixing. If the mechanic says a problem can be fixed for free, because of the warranty, then, and only then, should you take the vehicle to the service department at the dealership. More

Abdullah listened to our wants and was not pushy when it came to options we did not want. He found the car with the exact features we were looking for. Abdullah and I communicated frequently via text message, which was nice because you did not have to stop what your doing to talk - everything was to the point. Atef was our finance guy, and he was also great. Explained what was going on, made the sales pitch, but also was not pushy. I can't remember the sales manager's name, but he was also exceptional. When we had questions about the deal, he explained everything to a T. Overall, the process was smooth, their offer was great, and I am extremely happy. The best part: they came in significantly over my estimation of trade in value. More

Staff repeatedly told me it was the battery and that was it, that they had checked everything else. I brought the car back in 5 min after pickup because engine lights, check charge sys, etc were still on. They said everything was fine, but it needed a tuneup. I drove to work the next morning and it wouldn't crank or turn over at all. I was told it was drivable. I had to have it towed a second time, but I was not bringing it back to the staff there who seemed blaise and nonchalant about not doing their job. They were wrong, as I and my father told them many times; the battery being dead was a symptom of a larger problem. They were rude and told us they had checked everything, which obviously they did not do. All they did was replace the battery and charge me three hundred and odd dollars. NEVER coming here again. Dissatisfied Customer I would recommend folks to Ourisman to purchase a vehicle because my experience with the sales department was awesome. However, I would not recommend I would recommend folks to Ourisman to purchase a vehicle because my experience with the sales department was awesome. However, I would not recommend that you have your vehicle serviced there. I've been bringing my vehicle there since 2011 and have come across some good/friendly service advisors and some who are not so friendly. I had an appointment at 8:15 a.m. On Oct 2nd for an oil change and it was after 10:30 when I finally made it to the cashier's office. I approached my service advisor at 10:00 inquiring about the status of my vehicle which is when I was asked "Are you Ms. White" - I was just about to come and get you? Then he proceeded to show me a piece s paper that had a list of things wrong with my vehicle. I asked him - is my vehicle ready and have they completed the oil change? Next, I asked him to provide me with my paper and he said he would include it on the sales order. One of the items on the list was an air filter which the service guy normally finds the customer at the time the oil change is being done to determine if the customer wants to change it. However, if I hadn't approached him - no telling when he would have come and gotten me to inform me about these recommended items that needed to be fixed. More

The dealership's mechanic hit other cars with my truck and now dealership isn't accepting liability for damage to my truck. My truck was driven by them and they should accept liability and fix my truck. Don't you think? If you think that dealership is wrong then please email me your input at nasirshah16@yahoo.com. These people are fraud and cheaters. They think that they are big and they can do anything they want but they don't know power of general public and I need your support. I spoke to lawyers but lawyers are ambulance chaser and looking for criminal cases. Also email me if you know a good lawyers who will fight civil matters. I will appreciate your help and support. This has been the worst place ever I brought a car and the car was a problem from the day I drove off the lot. I bought the car back and the manager Bruce claimed they can fix the probl I brought a car and the car was a problem from the day I drove off the lot. I bought the car back and the manager Bruce claimed they can fix the problem, boy I should have have them back their keys and walked out then. Little did I know that was his way of killing time. By the time the car came out of their incompetent service department he said that it was too late to reverse the loan.... Not only are they selling terrible cars , they are ripping people off and thinking nothing of it..... In one word BEWARE is all I can say. Oh and the salesman John Stackerhouse is a bold face LIAR as well... Stay far away from this place.... More
A Great Experience! I just bought a new car--my first in many years. Everyone at Ourisman was courteous, professional, and pleasant. Since it was my first car purchase i I just bought a new car--my first in many years. Everyone at Ourisman was courteous, professional, and pleasant. Since it was my first car purchase in awhile, I had lots of questions. The sales consultant, Adrian, answered them all. I also had a good experience with the Finance Department. Krish Dadlani, the Finance Manager, was great to work with too. Thank you, Ourisman! I am so happy with my Chevrolet Sonic! More

I made the appoin I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. It all started when I called to make my appointment for an oil change. I made the appointment for 7am and asked the woman how long it would take, she replied about 30 minutes to an hour. I thought that would work out fine since I had to be at work at 8:15. However when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the car would be ready around 9:30. I questioned this saying that I was told it would only take an hour. The guy told me that although I was dropping my car off at 7 no one came in to actually work on it till 8. He never once apologized for the confusion just simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. I angrily drove out prepared to leave but I decided to leave my car and take a cab to work since I really really needed the oil change done that day. I drove back around and encountered a different emoloyee who did at least apologize for the mix up and left my car with him. At about 2 pm I recieved a voicemail telling me that my car was ready and that they had applied a discount and washed my car as a courtesy. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed that the discount that was applied was the same one they had advertised online, so no real discount there. Then when I went out to my car I noticed that it had not been washed as the man said it would be, which by itself would not be a problem but combined with the other things I left very frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this dealership and I will be sure to tell anyone I hear mention this place not to go there either. To me this shows that no one here can be trusted to disclose important information or to follow through with promises you make. And if I can't trust you to wash my car when you've stated that you would, how can I trust you to fix important issues with my car. And that for me is the biggest problem. More
