my car service experience I brought my car in for 15K miles services and other maintenance items cost over $700. The car delivered to me unwashed even though the service manage I brought my car in for 15K miles services and other maintenance items cost over $700. The car delivered to me unwashed even though the service manager told me earlier that my car was being washed before returned to me. The service manager was busy with other customer, so after waited for 15 minutes, I told another manager that my car was not washed. I was told that the car wash was not working all day due to cold temperature. The weather was 50+ degree, and this was the answer the service center told me twice before when I brought my car in for services and did not get wash. Seem like a typical answer they were trained to respond to customers to cover up their oversight in quality control. Thus, I went back to the car wash area and saw the car wash was in full operations. The workers there told me the washing was working all day. A service manager finally took my car in for a wash. Keep in mind that part of the Ads Ourisman Toyota emphasized on are to provide complementary car wash as part of the services when you bring your car in for repair/maintenance. When got home I noticed the windshield washer fluid was half full and was not top up as indicated in my invoice as part of the 15K services. Now I wonder what other services Ourisman Toyota charged me for and did not work on. I'm questioning the quality control, and more importantly honesty of this service center to its customers. More
