More lies At what I hoped was the end of a tiring car search process, I contacted the online dealer at Ourisman because I had found a car that was listed at bot At what I hoped was the end of a tiring car search process, I contacted the online dealer at Ourisman because I had found a car that was listed at both Ourisman Toyota and Ourisman Kia. He assured me that I could come to the Toyota dealership and they could do the deal and it was a Toyota Certified car. I arrived to learn that the car was not Toyota Certified and, when I asked if we could then negotiate the price, I was told that we would have to go to the Kia dealership because it was really their car. Knowing I only had a short time window, I didn't have time to go even right next door. I worked with Marcel who was a very nice sales agent and tried to help me. It wasn't his fault that his manager, Hamid, lied to me to get me there. As if that wasn't bad enough, the car, which was "Gold Checked Certified," was test driven and found to be driving poorly. I lost hours of my day and my life based on lies. Never again. More

They always have a nice rental car for me but most important, the entire process to drop off and pick up your vehicle takes a couple minutes...at the most. They really have their processes down so it makes for a very smooth experience every time. More
