I’m leaving this review only because of how disrespectful and dishonest the communication was at this dealership. I came to this dealer for a simple oil change on my Kia Niro and ended up dealing with con and dishonest the communication was at this dealership. I came to this dealer for a simple oil change on my Kia Niro and ended up dealing with constant miscommunication and zero accountability. After the service, I saw an extra “shop charge” added. When I asked what it was and why it wasn’t mentioned up front, the advisor Emma Pizzola from the service department just called it a “standard fee” that “every service place will charge.” But when I pushed back and asked why it wasn’t disclosed earlier, suddenly she was able to remove/discount it. If it’s truly a mandatory, standard fee, it shouldn’t disappear the moment a customer questions it. After I declined the long list of extra “recommended” services costing 1500$+, it felt like my questions no longer mattered. The focus shifted to “just come and pick up the car” instead of clearly answering anything. I have screenshots clearly showing the shop charge, her “standard fee” explanation, and then her changing it once I challenged it. On top of that, she booked an Uber without my clear approval and later tried to blame me, even though the screenshots clearly show I only said “yes” to confirming my location (Starbucks), not to “yes, book the Uber now.” She also ignored my direct question about resetting the service light for a long time and only confirmed it much later, after multiple messages from me. The worst part was the Jeremy Patrick manager’s phone call. He sounds bossy and was like backing up Emma. Instead of listening, he immediately took the employee’s side, talked over me, raised his voice, and made it clear he didn’t care whether I ever came back as a customer. He says whatever she spoke was perfect and it was me who did the mistake. There was no attempt to understand my side or even acknowledge the miscommunication that’s obvious in the texts. The attitude was basically: “We’re done here, just come get your car and get lost ASAP,” with a clear sense that I was disposable because they have plenty of other customers. Later when I went to pick up the car, he was basically showing off that he is a big guy and can threaten me off, so I chose not to speak to him and left the place. This isn’t about a free Uber or a few extra dollars in fees — it’s about basic respect and honest communication. Based on my experience, I will never return to this dealership. If you do go here, get every fee and action clearly confirmed in writing, because if something goes wrong, they will stand by their staff and not by the customer. More
GM, Mr Brown, was insulting, dismissive and rude. He told me I was difficult and a nasty woman because I insisted on a set price out the door regardless of financing.. After 50 years of buying cars He told me I was difficult and a nasty woman because I insisted on a set price out the door regardless of financing.. After 50 years of buying cars we had done our homework and were not easily ruffled but this was too much for my husband and I. After hours of no communication, no price on paper and just being kept waiting and wondering what was going on, we were worn out. We were told one price which we agreed with but then it was a different price due to different financing deals and various rebates associated with all the varying aprs. The devil is definitely in the details. A total bait and switch. They had to really be trying to lose this sale. We arrived knowing exactly what we wanted was in the lot. We were ready to pay a reasonable price. We were flexible on paying cash or financing. We did not expect to be mistreated the GM made it pretty clear that is the way he does business as usual. There is no reason on earth why we would support a business with shady practices and obvious issues that start at the top levels of management. So we will never do business with any Ourisman again. Lessons learned. More
We found the exact vehicle we were looking for at Ourisman Chantilly Kia from an online search engine. After calling the sales department and speaking with Yousef, we made a 2 1/2 hour drive from out of state to Virginia to test drive it. We were not disappointed. Yousef was very helpful in showing the car and test driving it and the whole purchasing process was very professional and easy as well. Even with being from out of state they were able to assist in helping us get the appropriate tags and registration needed for the state we live in. I highly recommend looking into Ourismans Chantilly Kia for your vehicle needs. More
While we are happy with the vehicle our daughter purchased from Ourisman Kia, our overall experience with the dealership, particularly with the Sales Department and Sales Manager (Elisa Pena), was i purchased from Ourisman Kia, our overall experience with the dealership, particularly with the Sales Department and Sales Manager (Elisa Pena), was incredibly disappointing. This was our daughter’s first car purchase as a young adult, and unfortunately, she was not treated with the respect or transparency that any customer deserves. To start, she was never informed, verbally or in writing, that the vehicle only came with one key. The online listing made no mention of this (we have screenshots), and despite my husband and I directly asking about the vehicle’s history, specific details, and prior ownership, no one disclosed that the car was a “1-key vehicle.” It wasn’t until after the sale, when my daughter returned to drop off the second key for the trade-in and asked for the spare key to her new vehicle, that she was first given a key that wasn’t even for her car, then told the second key couldn’t be found, and finally informed that it was a one-key car. When we requested a spare, due to the lack of transparency, we were dismissed and told there was nothing that could be done because they already “gave us a deal”. The lack of disclosure, despite direct questions - and how the overall situation was handled - was completely unacceptable! Even more concerning was how our daughter was treated throughout the process. After the appraisal of her trade-in was completed, she asked multiple times for her keys to be returned. At that point, she had not yet committed to purchasing anything, yet the salesperson did not return her keys - essentially holding the vehicle she had appraised “hostage” and preventing her from leaving the dealership. Additional requests, such as asking to be listed as the sole owner on the application (initially) and requesting that paperwork be started prior to my husband’s and my arrival - were also ignored until we, as her parents, became directly involved. When I contacted Sales Manager (Elisa Pena) to share our concerns, I was shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the conversation turned. She started off by suggesting that the information my daughter had shared with me was untrue and stated that she “personally helped” my daughter throughout the entire process “because she’s a mom and saw a young girl in the sales room.” When I stated that my daughter was texting us during the entire process explaining what was happening in real time and walked through specific details, she brushed the issues off as a “miscommunication”, insinuated that my daughter was lying about what happened, and quickly became defensive. When I continued to question Elisa about the “1-key” debacle and explained that should have been disclosed to us – especially because a replacement key is ~$300-$500, she abruptly stated that my daughter got a “xxxx of a deal on the car” and a “xxxx of a deal on the trade-in,” as if that excused everything. To top it off, she continued the conversation by telling me that she would “be able to sleep at night” and she was “offended” by me addressing these concerns because she knows everything was handled appropriately. As someone who has purchased several vehicles over the years, both new and used, I can honestly say I have never had such a negative experience. It’s clear that Ourisman Kia took advantage of the fact that our daughter was a young adult buyer, and when we brought our concerns to management, instead of taking responsibility, Elisa shifted the blame, got defensive, and handled the conversation in a rude and unprofessional manner. We will NEVER do business with Ourisman Kia again and recommend others go elsewhere!! More
Beware using their service department. They offer “free” Virginia state inspections with the intent of getting your repair business. After trying to strong-arm me for a not needed repair o They offer “free” Virginia state inspections with the intent of getting your repair business. After trying to strong-arm me for a not needed repair of $700 and failing my car I will never return there for anything. I immediately took my car to another garage and got it inspected with no issues. I purchased my car there and gave them thousands of dollars in overpriced service work over the years but never again. Sold me a used car that was not safe to drive. Asked for inspection prior to purchase and was provided with chicken scratch. Report mentioned oil leak; cost to fix $0. Car had burning oil smell af Asked for inspection prior to purchase and was provided with chicken scratch. Report mentioned oil leak; cost to fix $0. Car had burning oil smell after test drive. I had to HOUND them to get more details on leak. After getting manage involved, they found active oil leak AND a cracked cylinder head. Should have found and fixed these prior to offering car for sale. Dealer paid to fix issue. Was told about a week to repair. Repair took 3 weeks with NO communication from the dealer. I made numerous calls for updates, including calling GM Billy Brown, who did not return my call. When I pressed for information on brakes/rotors measurement, again, had to HOUND them. While waiting for car, spoke to sales person Joshua Gettis who did not have a clue and would tell me they have done everything I asked for, that should be good enough. I asked for a car that was safe to drive (which should not be on me to ask for) and it was a fight to get them to correct the unsafe issues. They clearly don't care about customer safety and only care about making the sale at ALL costs. Finally got car and within a month console screen had "ghost touch" issue. Called and spoke to Chris to get dealer to split repair cost with me as this should have also been fixed prior to sale. He said he would talk to manager and call me back....I'm still waiting for the call. Would NEVER do business with this dealership again. More

Watch out for a double freight charge - one on the window sticker then again on the worksheet. Sales manager "graciously" reduced the second freight to "only $500". Very sleazy. Beware.
