I’ve been very happy with this dealership on everything up until my last visit. On my last visit I was happy with all but one issue. I have a rust bubble growing on the hood of my Jeep and I asked them to up until my last visit. On my last visit I was happy with all but one issue. I have a rust bubble growing on the hood of my Jeep and I asked them to look at it and put a claim in for me to get it taken care of. The service department agreed that it was an issue but said they couldn’t help me. They told me I needed to find another dealership that has a body shop. I contacted Nemer in Queensbury, New York and they wouldn’t help me either because I didn’t purchase my vehicle there. They said they were backed up and had to take care of their customers first. So much for future possible customers. Also they said that they didn’t have a body shop either but that Otto doesn’t need one to put the claim in for me. I’d just like to get this issue taken care of and I’m not sure where to turn next outside of just having it fixed at my friends body shop and then he will bill JEEP. Thank you More
