I made an appointment for 8:30 am as I had someplace to be at 10. They were doing a test drive and so I was hoping an hour would be plenty of time. I never got out until 9:55. I believe if the car is not taken in within 10 minutes of appointment time the customer should be made aware. More

Otto fit our SUV into it's service schedule when we had a breakdown while traveling. They were willing to find the time to complete a major break line replacement and got us back on the road in 2 days when breakdown while traveling. Courteous and responsive. Took a while to get parts but guess to be expected during pandemic. They offer a loaner so i wasnt stranded while my car was in shop. Thank you.
