Still not fixed...to say the least. Have taken our 2014 Nissan in for warranty work on multiple items...let me start by saying.. Mike the service manager is a very good person to deal with but he is too good for this dealership. Have had the car in multiple times and only 1 problem has been resolved. I think the "techs"(term used loosely)... may not have been awake when they were trained...simple issues are still not fixed. Gaylon is a service advisor that cannot relay correct info to customers or make call backs on time. Take the drive to Conklin in Hutch to get it fixed right the first time! More

Good experience I recently brought in my Nissan Altima for an oil, lube and filter. The work was done while I waited and it only took about 45 minutes.
