Looking for a Pleasant Car-Buying Experience? We believe most people, like us, do not look forward to car shopping/buying. Recently, though, we had an experience that changed our minds. We purchased a car at McGavock Nissan here in Wichita. We began with a search online, which resulted in an email contact, and then a call from a sales person as follow up. Our salesman was Corey Barscewski ( a name you'll want to remember). From the beginning, we were treated so kindly and courteously by Corey. We went the next day to look at the car about which we had inquired, having notified Corey that we would be coming out. He was waiting for us when we arrived. He made us feel comfortable from the start. We were so impressed by his kind manner, knowledge of the vehicle, and his care about what we were needing. He was funny, a good listener, and really put us at ease (WHILE BUYING A CAR!) We received a very fair trade in allowance for our vehicle, and were also treated well in the business office. It was so very nice to have a salesman care for us like we believe he would have cared for his parents. We are loving our new vehicle, and are SO grateful for Corey's wonderful service and help to us! Thank you, Corey. Thank you, McGavock Nissan! More

He took the time to listen and provided me his personal experience with his knowledge of all the vehicles. Then after he printed everything off and gave me his best case scenario of what price and payments would be, I was so thrilled and wanted to just buy then. Disappointed in Dealership...They Do Not Care Bought a brand new 2015 nissan altima July 2015. Have had a lot of problems with the passenger air bag. Had the car in for repair 4 times. They are now being rude to us and just want us to go away. Yeap....this dealership could care less. I am making sure everyone knows just how horrible we have been treated by this dealership. The dealership has my money, the car is paid for, and I have a car with problems. Let me say it one more time...NISSAN MCGAVOCK COULD CARE LESS......Sad Sad Sad. Highly Disappointed.!!!!!! More

Immediately received an auto-mated reply (no surprise there). Monday morning, I received an email in regards to my vehicle inquiry from Tyler. Over the next two weeks, I received professional emails and pictures of the vehicle we were interested in. Tyler went in on his day off to take the pictures. No pressure sales tactics, which we were experiencing at the same time by our local dealer, just genuine emails and phone calls! More

I was lucky enough to get Casey Johnson as my sales representative. He was the best! From start to finish he was honest and no pressure at all. I felt like Casey really cared about me and wanted me to be happy with my decision. There TRULY is no run around. I can't thank McGavock Nissan enough for their time, patience, and professionalism. Upgraded Service Department I have been a Nissan customer for years. Davis-Moore never "impressed" me and the service department was hit or miss. Upon my arrival I was greeted by new faces and, better yet, a female. While the previous employees were cordial, I felt like they talked down to me because I am a woman. Ashley took great care of me and went above and beyond anything I have experienced at a car dealership, including getting her boss to ride with me and explain what was going on with my car. Adam used layman's terms and made sure all of my questions were answered and dropped me off at work. I am 'impressed" with the "new" service department. More
