By doing that, it holds the truck and it can't be sold to anyone else. Well they sold the truck and waited days to get my deposit back. Then they wouldn't answer my phone calls. Their solution was a more expensive truck in a color I didn't want. Sounds like bait and switch. Advertise at one price and try to get you into a higher priced vehicle. The shady business practices of this dealership should make you go to any other dealership. More

My husband's car has been in the shop for 2 weeks. It is near impossible to reach anyone in the service department. When you DO get ahold of them, they do not have relevant information (i.e. status of parts/ETA for car/etc.) and they say they will call you back. They don't. I even left two messages for the Service Manager directly to call back - one on his voicemail and the other with the front desk who assured me he would call back. I called again today to get ahold of the service department and was not routed through because they are "short-staffed." I, too, am short-staffed - my family is down to one car and that is very difficult given our varying work schedules. I wouldn't care the car is taking so long if they would communicate better, provide a loaner, etc. I also don't appreciate the obviously annoyed tone by the service advisor when you DO get the privilege of speaking with them. I understand they may want to clock out at 4:28pm but it is not unreasonable to request a status update during normal business hours. Especially when you're already waiting for several calls back. Furthermore, the advisor claimed to have left a message on my husband's cell phone with an update but after checking the call log, it did not happen. Perhaps she did call someone with an update. It just wasn't us. After this service we were going to purchase a new Ford with them. Now we do not have the confidence to do that and will go elsewhere. More

Great service on my oil change. While it was up in the hoist during the oil change one of the workers wrote wash me in the dirt on my car under the driver's door! I thought this w While it was up in the hoist during the oil change one of the workers wrote wash me in the dirt on my car under the driver's door! I thought this was rude and immature. Not to mention the rubbing of the dirt could scratch the paint. I live on a dirt road and can't help it if my car was dirty when I took it in More

These folks were every bit as professional and knowledgeable as dealerships in the city, but without the slick salesmanship culture I find so off-putting at bigger dealerships. Frank, in particular, was very refreshing to deal with. Local guy who's lived in Oracle all his life and was instrumental in facilitating a fair price for my truck. If you're in the vehicle market, by all means shop around, but you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't invest an extra hour and see what these folks can do for you! Well worth the 30 minute drive from Tucson in my opinion! More
