The service coordinators were very friendly and the mechanics found the trouble in a reasonable length of time. They all should be commended for their good service. I feel that the service coordinators and mechanics try to convey the necessary work that needs to be done and do not push services that are not absolutely necessary. I appreciate this because at some dealerships they try to run up the customer's bill. I appreciate that I have always been able to trust that the repairs provided indeed fix the problem. More
My brother referred me to Orlando Dodge about a year ago. Philip has been my advisor from day one and I can't say that I've been happier. my check engine light came on in my 04 rubicon. Since I had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i'd give it a try. i called the service depart had recently purchased a new jeep at this dealership but not the jeep that had the problem, i thought i'd give it a try. i called the service department and they had me come in right away. And within 15-30 minutes had diagnosed the problem to a faulty TPS sensor. replaced and out the door in little over an hour. I know not all service related problems are handled in this manner, but excellent response and performance in this case!!! Many thanks Doug!! More
We were returning home from a family death up north when our truck started acting up coming into town. We called the dealer at 4pm and they told us to come right in. Although they could not find the problem, they helped us get a rental car and the next day they fouud the problem. This shop is very thorogh and very courteous. This is now the 2nd time we have used them and both times were needed at stressful times in our lives. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of in a timely manner. We will never go anywhere else for our auto service. More

I had come into the dealership without an appointment late in the morning with the idea that I just needed a belt adjustment and perhaps a look at the brakes which felt a bit spongy. Immediately a service rep went over to my SUV and wrote down all my concerns inviting me to wait in the customer's lounge. It was comfortable, clean, cool, and provided magazines, drinks and snacks. A few minutes later, I was told that the belts would be looked at and yes, I did have a hose beginning to leak. Since it was near lunch I was offered to be taken out or they would bring in lunch for me. Talk about service! Although it took a few hours due to my SUV part that was not stocked, I always felt in the loop, not forgotten, and several times asked if I wanted something. As I waited, and not to my surprise, many customers I spoke to told me that they too had bought several vehicles from here and what made them come back was the courteous and attentive customer attitude every employee seemed to possess. We all felt we purchased vehicles at a fair price (my family over eight so far) and truly felt that the utmost care was given whenever the cars/trucks needed servicing. We always recommend this dealership first, when asked. I cannot fathom a more efficient, family type operation that prides itself and seeks to better itself on a constant basis. It's obvious that truth and honesty can still prevail in these times. More

With the investment I've made with both of my Dodge Challengers, I trust no one but them to do work on my daily driver. Mr. Rau does a great job in understanding my requests and ensuring the job gets done right. He does a great job in scheduling and communicating the status of work in progress. Ron went out of his way to ensure I had a backup vehicle when a vendor's timeline for a job exceeded the estimate. I highly recommend this dealership and service department to everyone I meet. More
2007 Jeep commander in service department for 9 days - and still no promiss of being completed. told hopefully today (2/9). only on day 8 was told to call corporate with my issues and at that time was n and still no promiss of being completed. told hopefully today (2/9). only on day 8 was told to call corporate with my issues and at that time was not provided with a number to call. and now told nothing can be done by way of getting a rental because I did not purchase an extended agreement. All issues with the car are under waranty, so why should I pay more for an issue that is clearly due to a poor/defective product. Our lease is up in 7 months, I would think someone out there would be interested in keeping our business rather than leaving us with nothing but bad thoughts on the company and its policies. More
