Do not buy here and do not take your RV or camper here for maintenance work. This has been a disaster. We had our camper a little over a month and took it out on 2 short trips, overnight for the first run for maintenance work. This has been a disaster. We had our camper a little over a month and took it out on 2 short trips, overnight for the first run to work out any kinks and 2 nights the second time. Well our slide out started scraping the ceiling and the toilet was leaking water on the floor. So we took our brand new camper back to them for maintenance work. Told it should only take 2 weeks. They didn't even contact the manufacturer during the "2 weeks" to authorize the work, we know because with their run arounds we called the manufacturer ourselves and found out apparently we aren't the only ones who have called to figure out what's taking so long. Took them months to get the manufacturer what they needed to approve the work. Supposedly because they only have 1 maintenance approved worker! Are you kidding me! Took them 4 months before we finally got our camper back today only to find the brand new toilet they installed stained with xxxx and xxxx and xxxx all over the seat 🤬 our black water tank 1/3 full which we flushed, rinsed and emptied before taking it to them. Who knows what that nasty worker did in our camper. And the only thing they can tell us is "they have no explanation for that" are you kidding me! We will be calling the manufacturer to let them know the kind of work this place does and possibly taking this further. They don't care about this and are doing nothing but running my husband's complaint to the manager. We will not be taking our camper back to them and will contact Grand Design for a new manufacturer warranty approved place to take it for any further work. We will also make sure everyone knows to stay clear of this place. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. More
Wish that writing a review could make a difference, but it looks like poor service is the norm! My advise would be to pick another RV dealer who takes pride in their service and will live up to the standards that they advertise! Five months of waiting for repair work and part replacements shouldn't be acceptable, what a nightmare. If we could do it over again, we would NOT have bought our RV from Orangewood, they are substandard. More
Sold me a $500+ defective escape window wouldn't replace it wouldn't get the proper seal to fix the issue. Want me to return the window and have my RV unusable waiting for replacement. All I asked for was it wouldn't get the proper seal to fix the issue. Want me to return the window and have my RV unusable waiting for replacement. All I asked for was original seal and I would replace it myself. More
I wish I was able to put zero stars. Orangewood RV has had our trailer for 7 months. Yes, 7 months. It went in for repair in Oct. The manufacturer did send the wrong panel which was received around Feb an had our trailer for 7 months. Yes, 7 months. It went in for repair in Oct. The manufacturer did send the wrong panel which was received around Feb and Orangewood did not reorder the correct panel for well over a month until we checked on the status. We keep getting different answers as to when the part will come in. No body seems to know. We have asked several times for them to put the trailer back together so we can use it since it may be months before the panel comes in. They refuse to put it back together unless insurance or the manufacturer pays for it. Never mind that they took it apart before they got the correct part in. After reading all the wonderful reviews for Orangewood, we are extremely disappointed in there service. They are no better than camping world. More
I waited two weeks for an appointment. After getting the I waited two weeks for an appointment. After getting the appointment, it took another two weeks before anyone even looked at my fifth wheel. Inspec I waited two weeks for an appointment. After getting the appointment, it took another two weeks before anyone even looked at my fifth wheel. Inspection, cleaning and sealing the fiberglass roof was the main job along with brakes and wheel packing and furnace motor repair. Two weeks later after numerous calls, the RV was done. Nobody spoke to me about the repairs, just collected $2,450 and gave me the keys. I climbed up to the roof to look, it was filthy, never cleaned. The sealing was done, but after the first rain storm, the roof had leaks in three different places. On the positive side, the furnace motor does work well and the brakes and wheel packing also seem good but overall a TERRIBLE experience! More
Still nothing Resolved I will make sure and write reviews on every page that I can. My last review was on GOOGLE and when Brad finally spoke with us regarding the numerous I will make sure and write reviews on every page that I can. My last review was on GOOGLE and when Brad finally spoke with us regarding the numerous issues that we STILL have to date he had no resolution for any of them. He actually stated that I could have been more harsh due to all of the details he was given. Our Grand Design Momentum is still not fully fixed. He has not called back has not resolved anything we told him that they even put in the wrong sky light in the shower - nothing resolved on that, the paneling in the shower, the refrigerator that has not worked correctly since day one. Our family then despite everything that has happened with service decided to purchase another trailer - to which we had numerous issues. In speaking with Sales we do understand that mistakes can be made however we discussed all of the issues from the Service Department and STILL NOTHING More
Top Notch service I brought MY Grand Design 320MKS to Orangewod for factory warranty work and roof replacement. Sony in the collision center is hands down the most prof I brought MY Grand Design 320MKS to Orangewod for factory warranty work and roof replacement. Sony in the collision center is hands down the most professional dept. manager I have ever dealt with. Sony always returned phone calls immediately, explained everything that had to be done, and his crew did an outstanding job removing the existing roof and installing new one. Mind you I did NOT purchase my rig at Orangewood. I purchased it in Prescott AZ at Affinity RV who is hands down the worse dealership in the US. My 1st visit to Orangewood I was approached by the owner Mark. Mark shook my hand, introduced himself to me and explained the hourly charge to me for the evaluation on Warranty items. Then Mark Puskas took over and did a walk through with me and did the write up for Grand Design. The entire process was effortless and I'm a happy camper. 5 stars is not enough!! More
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Bought a new 35 foot toy hauler and had basic problems with it. Took it in for warranty repair, sat for two month, and didn't even look at it. I had a Bought a new 35 foot toy hauler and had basic problems with it. Took it in for warranty repair, sat for two month, and didn't even look at it. I had a lot of things inside the RV falling apart because they never performed a pre-delivery inspection before picking it up. They advised me everything worked. Fridge didn't work, hot air furnace didn't work, toilet didn't work, kitchen sink faucet was stuck on one side of the sink and told me that's how it was supposed to be, and wouldn't pump up my trailer tires. It was there three times for over four months. When they did try and fix something it seems they made the problem worse with everything they touched. The GM Mike lied to me 5-6 times, Service manager Mark delivered nothing but lies and major lying B***Sh**. No delivery promised is kept and made many calls and left many messages with no return messages ever from the owner Mark Treacy. These people simply do not care about warranty and do not listen to their customers wants or concerns. The last time I left my RV there, I walked around it with their service manager Mark that there was no dents or scratches the RV unit. When I went to pick it up, their was large dent in the molding where they had rubbed in backward and peeled it back. When I confronted them about it, they instantly denied it without even checking it out and basically told me I was screwed. When I picked my camper up, they also left the gas on both propane tanks on that were empty now. They also left the main 12 Volt battery switch on so the unit was dead. They people simply don't care about any RV warranty or repair work. They don't care they you just spent $50,000.00 on a new RV. They actually told me I bought a cheap RV and should have spent more money on a nice until and would not be having these problems. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything new and expecting they would warranty the unit. I brought my camper to Little Dealer - Little Prices on Deer Valley & I17 and had they fridge fixed in 24 hours under warranty. Stay away. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! More

We no So, we purchased a new fifth wheel from Orangewood a year ago. A Montana, not cheap. It was in the shop for repairs last year for 2-3 months. We notified them that it needed additional warranty work 7 weeks ago. Heater does not distribute well, 2nd air conditioner does not work in hot weather, 2 large pieces of trim inside just fell off, and several smaller items. It took 2 weeks just to get an 'appointment' to bring it in. It has now been 7 weeks and NOTHING has been done. We don't hear from them at all until I remind my husband to call them to see what the status is on any of the repairs. To date, we have no date scheduled for any of the items needing work. More
BEWARE OF DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES FOR WARRANTY WORK! We called to have warranty work done on our Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel and made an appointment for 8 am. There was no mention of pricing since th We called to have warranty work done on our Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel and made an appointment for 8 am. There was no mention of pricing since this is warranty work. Since we were from out of town they let us hook up to power overnight which was good. That's where the good stopped. We waited and waited until 9:45 am for our 8 am appointment. Mark came out with an attitude and tapped the sign with labor charges and told us we may want to think about what's being done. I told him this is warranty work. We went out, went through all the line items and he filled out his work order as we were going through it. We shaved off a lot of items we felt we could take care of ourselves. Mark kept writing .5 on the hours for labor charges. I asked him why he was doing that and questioned him about the labor charges. He said they charge $69.50 per hour with a half hour minimum per line item for diagnostics on warranty work! I said what is there to diagnose, we're showing you everything and it's quite evident (refrigerator doesn't seal correctly, cook top burner doesn't stay lit, etc)? He said this is always charged. I stepped out while my husband went through the other items and called two other dealers and they said that should not be charged to us. When I went back in and told Mark what I found out, he said 'we have to pay a tech to take to put this rig into a stall and work on it'. I told him that's the cost of doing business on their part. We took our copy of the work order and told him we would not being getting the work done there. He said fine and left. We went in to talk to a manager and was only able to talk to Amy would we set our appointment up with. She concurred they always charge that when doing warranty work. In the meantime, I had Grand Design on the line on hold waiting for customer service. There was another couple getting their RV looked at by Mark. After he left I asked if they were charged $69.50 for diagnostics. She looked at her work order and all the labor charges were marked with W's (warranty I assume)! They did buy their rig there. So if you buy a rig there, they don't charge the diagnostics but warranty work for people that don't buy there does get charged?? When Grand Design customer service answered, I explained the situation. They said that is not a charge that we should be paying. They said they will definitely look into it as Orangewood is not suppose to be charging diagnostic fees on warranty work because Grand Design pays that whether we buy the unit there or not! Double dipping? We called Little Dealer, Little Prices and they told us to bring the rig in and they do not charge diagnostic fees on warranty work. It is now being taken care of in a professional manner. More
