Wonderful experience We recently went to orangewood to purchase a new 5th wheel. We were greeted by Micheal in sales. Very poor salesman that likes to waste your time. Josh the salesman is the worst salesman I've ever come across. What a waste of time. He drug out a sale that I was very interested in for 5 days with Josh the salesman is the worst salesman I've ever come across. What a waste of time. He drug out a sale that I was very interested in for 5 days with no contact only to insult my intelligence with a terrible offer on my fifth wheel. Four grand less than the book says (which is already low). The general manager seemed to play the nonsense game also. I would never do business with Orangewood RV again!! horrible customer service No. Just no. The service department is terrible. Not only are they rude (the service manager actually) they will keep your rv for months!!!! While the No. Just no. And make you do all the work for warranty, etc. Still waiting on the owner of Orangewood to call me back. I've heard you should go to Vans. The only bright side was Chandler in the finance dept. Great guy and very professional. Made the buy pleasurable. More
