HORRIBLE SERVICE Do NOT buy a car from here. Not because you can't get a fair deal, but because once you buy the car, SERVICE goes out the window. I dropped my car off Do NOT buy a car from here. Not because you can't get a fair deal, but because once you buy the car, SERVICE goes out the window. I dropped my car off at 1:30 pm on a Friday. "David" said they may not get to it Friday, but that they were open Saturday. Well, Saturday came and went and not even a phone call. Monday at 1pm I called THEM as I still did not receive a call. I was told it was on the diagnostic machine and David would call me back with the results. Called back at 4pm and got "we are doing further testing" and "will call you tomorrow". Tuesday at 1:10 pm I calley THEM yet again and was told the car was on the lift and being looked at. But the Technician was "out to lunch" so "David" needed to wait for him to get the results. At 4pm I had not heard back. So I called Volkswagen main headquarters to complain. They called this dealership and were on with them for about 10 minutes. The woman Maureen clicked back over and said that Sita the manager said they already called me and I was picking up my car in an hour! They never even called me and we verified the phone numbers they had were right! They out-right lied! Then they claimed they could not look at my car until Tuesday because I have a voucher to fax them. I specifically told them the $130 diagnostic fee was not a problem and I needed my car back quickly. And this after David told me 2 days in a row my car was "on the lift" and on the machine". So I am filing a complaint. This is the second MAJOR issue with this specific dealership. "David" will just continue to tell you your car is in the shop as we speak...and really it is not. So after hanging up with the main office, I immediately called David and his first words were "Oh your car is ready". I said you never called me and you guys lied to the main office outright. He said oh well the voucher and all and I said hey, for 2 days you said my car was in the shop being worked on. So I asked him how much was the work, you tell me to pick up my car before even telling me the $$????? So 5 minutes go by and he said oh, it was $413....and guess what, my credit voucher was $400....so they made sure to spend the whole thing so they can get a check from Headquarters (who issued me the voucher) for the whole thing. I told him he LIED and LIED. And guess what? When I picked up the invoice and my car, the paperwork said "could not work on car until Tuesday because customer said he had a voucher and did not supply it until late Monday". Trying to cover their lying selves. Not going to work. Note this dealership is Now located on Route 22 w. More
Service Issue Brought VW CC in for 20k service and also asked to look into noise coming from tires (so load when get over 50 mph I can barely hear the radio). Diagn Brought VW CC in for 20k service and also asked to look into noise coming from tires (so load when get over 50 mph I can barely hear the radio). Diagnosis was that all 4 tires were "choppy" and needed to be replaced for $900. I'm not sure how this could happen wit 20k miles. The claim about the winter and potholes and misalignment don;t make sense. No other vehicles we have or neighbor's have had any issues from winter. How would tires become misaligned........or were there issues from inception? I will look for second opinions to see if this claim from this service department can be discounted. Very frustrated and not sure if it's just the nature of the CC. Likely my last VW once the lease is up next year. More

Tim was great, showed us several cars, test drove a couple, had good answers - or truthfully said he did not know. Price was fine for the used car, I thought I had bought a car, Tim thought he had a s couple, had good answers - or truthfully said he did not know. Price was fine for the used car, I thought I had bought a car, Tim thought he had a sale. Then a $820.00 "destination" charge showed up on the sales contract. Along with $1200 in additional tax, title, licensing, etc fees. Price went from 6055 to over 8000. We walked out when Tim said that was the standard and he could not do anything. Contacted two other dealerships that afternoon - none charge more than tax, title, and documentation. Yes, documentation is iffy as well, but only $300.00. More
I dropped my 2012 VW CC off at 7am on a Saturday after being told when I made a service appointment that I could have my car serviced and back to me the same morning. After all, it was only in for a 20,00 being told when I made a service appointment that I could have my car serviced and back to me the same morning. After all, it was only in for a 20,000 mile service. Oil change. Tire rotation. I called at 10am and was told, "it's in the shop. Won't be long, we'll call you when it's ready." I called back at 11am and 1:30PM and was told the same thing - the car was "in the shop...actually on the lift and it would be done soon, we'll call you when it's ready." At 1:45pm I got a ride to the Open Road VW to see for myself what was up. My car was still in the same space. Right where I left it at 7am. A technician was actually getting in to the car for the first time that day. I know because I asked him. When I went inside, the service Manager, David told me "it's in the shop, on the lift and will be done soon." I told him no it isn't, it's just going in now and that it had been where I left it earlier at 7am. The guy lied to me all day and straight to my face. "It's in the shop" apparently means it's on our property I guess. All in all a lousy experience. A promise to have me out in the morning. 7 hours to do an oil change and rotate tires. A Service Manager and Service personnel who lie as part of their daily routine. Stay away. More
I recently purchased a used BMW from Open Road VW at an excellent price. Mr. Biank was extremely accommodating in every manner possible. What really impressed me was that, despite the fact that the vehic excellent price. Mr. Biank was extremely accommodating in every manner possible. What really impressed me was that, despite the fact that the vehicle was remarkably affordable, Mr. Biank afforded the best in customer service. In my opinion, the treatment would have been on par, should I have wanted to purchase a high end model. I would highly recommend this dealership (and especially this Sales Consultant). More

My son-in-law wanted to buy a new car and I took him to this dealership because I knew I would get the best deal from here as I bought three cars from this dealership between August 2009 to September 2010. this dealership because I knew I would get the best deal from here as I bought three cars from this dealership between August 2009 to September 2010. I don't remember the name of the salesperson (I can try to find out) but he seemed to be the manager who butted in trying to sell us a car and when the deal didn't go though we left and while we were leaving I saw him go back to his office and make a face at us. My whole family was with me and this behaviour was totally unexpected, uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have bought three cars from this dealership when it was Millenium Volkswagen of Bridgewater and I shared a very good relationship with them. My complaint is only with that person because the others were good. I will never ever go back to this dealership to buy a new or old car unless this guy apologises to me and my family. More
