Marty Mirkovic will try to distract you Avoid at all costs. All of the used vehicles on lot have damage of some sort and photos will hide/not show it. Marty Mirkovic will try to distract you to hide damage or use it to negotiate with you: "We can come down in price or repair the vehicle, one or the other." DO NOT work with Gregg Bedrosian. He will fill out your name on a Finance Application and intentionally spell something wrong. He'll quote you an interest rate, but later on point out the spelling error and re-do the application. The second time, the interest rate will be higher. Justin Patel allows all of this to happen and encourages it within his staff to treat his customers like this. How Mazda allows them to damage their brand like this and keep them as a dealership is beyond my comprehension. They do not care about transparency and they do not care about their customers. Do not trust the vehicles, prices, or people who work at this dealership. Go to Maxon, Crystal, or Flemington. More

Great Dealership Shopping around this summer for a car to many Car dealers and always had the same results just not good. I then went to Open Road Mazda of Morristown Shopping around this summer for a car to many Car dealers and always had the same results just not good. I then went to Open Road Mazda of Morristown and meet Sherif Haskaj who answered all my questions and was very prompt and respectful and also got me a unbeatable price working with their great finance department. I would go back to this dealer and I'd recommend this dealer to everyone. The service department is excellent Robert Muziani is very helpful with any and all of my questions.
