It's so bad and ridiculous that it's kind of funny, but really it's just a bad experience. Don't go here. If you like Mazda, just go to another dealer. More

A big thanks to Julio Vilchez for his professionalism and patience with all of the questions I had AFTER the sale of my car. Julio has been very kind in assisting me anytime I called. The other sales people were very kind and accommodating to my son with Autism; the entire time we were there. I love my new car! More

Refrain from buying a car in this place. They made me have a ticket and go to court for the negligence of never giving me my license plates. They retained my license plates for 2 month They made me have a ticket and go to court for the negligence of never giving me my license plates. They retained my license plates for 2 months, they never called me and when I asked the seller JULIO VILCHEZ he cheekily told me that I could transit my car with an expired license plate without having problems, he said DMV was late on their process even when I asked so many times and even when they have my plates ready since February 10 (that’s what they said) it wasn’t until March 6 that I had the ticket so I reach them and they realized that they had the plates God knows since when… Now I have an unfair court and a ticket to pay for their negligence and lies. They are dishonest, never trust this dealer. And not to mention the other director PAUL, a person who say lies in front of your face to cover his back instead of accepting his mistakes and offering an apology he treats you like garbage. More
Sherif Haskaj is a pleasure to deal with and makes sure his customers are fully informed and happy. I met Sherif for the first time 3-years ago when I decided to lease my very first Mazda. Fast forward to his customers are fully informed and happy. I met Sherif for the first time 3-years ago when I decided to lease my very first Mazda. Fast forward to 3-years later now, I decided to buyout my lease which made the most sense financially, and I only had 14,500 miles. The staff and Melvin Duran were also friendly, and helped me get the lowest rate when we were looking into which was the best auto loan option. The service department also performed a lease buyout inspection at no additional cost within an hour to make sure my Mazda CX-5 was in good working order before I drove off. All in all, I highly recommend Open Road Mazda of Morristown. More

Saturday we called six times through the day for updates and got no information. Finally at 430 they told us they had taken the car apart (without our permission) and didn’t have the part (which we never approved anyways) so we couldn’t drive it… for who knows how long. They refused a loaner, refused to apologize for the inconvenience, and said they would under no circumstances give us a discount. Finally we said put the car together. We have kids who need to go to school, we need to get to work, we need the car. Finally they said they would put it back together. I’m actually afraid they have compromised the safety of the car! Just the check engine light was on. What could they have been doing? We only wish we knew. Will never come back here. More
Beware of dealership and reconditioning fees that are added to your quoted price. I received a quote from Open Road through TrueCar on my phone and drove 2+ hours to buy the vehicle. When I got there th added to your quoted price. I received a quote from Open Road through TrueCar on my phone and drove 2+ hours to buy the vehicle. When I got there the fees added beyond the state taxes totaled $3300 dollars. 800.00 doc fee, 1900 reconditioning fee, 300 warranty that was not optional, and 300 for tags. Isn't the above a kind of bait and switch? Sales person was very nice and professional...but I walked due to the undisclosed fees More
