I am responding to your concern regarding my dealer rating. This transaction was a problem from the beginning. The car initially that we agreed to purchase was no longer available, allegedly because the Bank would not finance it. We did, however, agree to purchase another vehicle. On the way home on the date of purchase, the tail light was not working and the right rear tire was wobbling as the car was being driven. The brakes were also very bad. The sales person said all would be taken care of promptly including replacing all of the tires which was not done. Your dealership guaranteed that htis car would go through inspection; however, with a bald front tire and the engine light on, I don't see how that will happen. There also is a problem with the transmission and an emission problem. A call to your dealership resulted in us being told that they do not have the diagnostic equipment for this vehicle and were directed to a local dealership who sells this brand. The local dealer has advised that there is over $900 in repair work and none of it is covered by the extended warranty we were forced to purchase since it was "required" by the financing bank which is a totally false statement which wer verified by contacting the bank. This has been a shady transaction from the very start and we expect that you will resolve these issues. IF you do not have the correct diagnostic equipment for this brand of vehicle how can the statements made by the salesperson that this is an excellent car in very good condition be true? How could you possibly have checked it? How do you expect that it will pass inspection as "guaranteed"? In my opinion, your dealership saw an opportunity to take advantage of us knowing full well that the vehicle is not worth anything and you needed to unload it. We need to know how all of these problems will be resolved.

Thank you for you quick response. In order to attempt to find a resolution I am going to need to know which deal we are looking at. If you could provide me with your name I will be able to assist better. These messages are not public. Also, what was the make and model of the vehicle you purchased? I would love to rectify this problem. I was told by Craig (the GM) that there is nothing he could because the higher up people that could make a decision on what to do in my situation are away on vacation. My mother and I called 3 times yesterday and have yet to hear back. I am currently having my car towed to the nearest Saab dealership ... they are going to do a diagnostic on the car and give me a written statement on the cars condition and whether or not this car should have been sold from a dealership in the condition it was in. I have yet to even get the car inspected or make my first payment on it. I hope understand the horrible situation i have been put in after I made a purchase from your dealership. Please feel free to contact me (since no one else at the dealership seems to care) My number is 914 355 0022. I will send you all the paper work on the diagnostic plus all bills that i have to pay to get it towed and diagnosed. If I can't rectify this with you and the dealership I will writing a letter to the BBB, the attorney generals office and file a small claim against you. I have tried to be nice and understanding from the beginning of the problem and now I feel I have been taken advantage of and scammed. Thanks for reaching out, it is much appreciated. - Jamie

I forgot to enclose that I did notify Chase auto financing and let them know about the situation and that i will not be making a payment until the problem is rectified with the dealership and also that they should reconsider working with a dealership that sells cars in the condition mine was in. I forgot to give you my email address too... jmorris@dlcmgmt.com
