Semyon at Open Road Mazda was excellent He spent alot of time with us as well as being very patient with us . His knowledge of the product and his explanations of competitors product were very throu of time with us as well as being very patient with us . His knowledge of the product and his explanations of competitors product were very through . He dis well by us and the fact we returned for a second Mazda showed our confidence in the car. The followup proces of speaking to the financial person left us a little disappointed as we had to wait what seemed to be an inappropriate amount of time even though we had an appointmeent . Semuon tried to move thing alomg but failed to expidite the issues. Semyon however went out of his way to appease us in our disappointment in this phase of the purchse I would reccommend dealing wiith Semyon if you are interested in a Mazda More

I have had a very disappointing experience with OpenRoad Mazda thus far. We were purchasing a used CX5 - and it was not until we were singing the paperwork that they produced the car fax report which showe Mazda thus far. We were purchasing a used CX5 - and it was not until we were singing the paperwork that they produced the car fax report which showed it had an accident. We were told that the accident was very minor - a scratch on the bumper - but the person still went through insurance to get it fixed. So we did not buy that car. And unfortunately, we were stupid enough to buy a different used car. This one needed new brake pads, which they did not think they did because they were a 6 (right on the borderline). We eventually got them to agree to give new brake pads and when I went to the appointment that they scheduled for us they said we were not in the system They said they could do the work, but that it would take about 8 hours because they had other cars to work on. I asked for a ride home (about a 15 minute ride) so I did not need to stay there all day - they could not give me a ride. I decided to leave and will need to reschedule. Unfortunately, this is the place we are suppossed to go for service for the life of this car. I am looking into alternatives because I feel misled and do not trust this dealership. Too many red flags. More

Mikhail at Open Road Mazda, Morristown is great! I leased my first Mazda with him 3 years ago after going to 2 other dealership’s which I spent hours at, when I met with him the process took about a I leased my first Mazda with him 3 years ago after going to 2 other dealership’s which I spent hours at, when I met with him the process took about an hour. I traded in my car at the end of my lease last week and got into a new lease with him again. I trust his expertise and how seamless he made the process and will definitely be going back to him when this lease is up. I’ve dealt with many dealerships in the past with different cars I’ve had and I always dreaded having to deal with dealerships because none of those were easy. I can’t say that about Mikhail, or Open Road. Professional and organized and that makes me trust in them. And, after several cars, my favorite by far is a Mazda! Never had the same car twice but I’m planning to stick to Mazda’s. More

Typical pondscum dealership: I said I would have their used car checked by an independant mechanic IF they verified they could process a federal rebate. They told me YES.
