The dealership is great very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They can answer any and all of the questions you have. I never felt pressured about buying the car. The follow up calls have been helpful when learning all of the features of the car. Love my BMW. More
Brought my BMW there for service because It was not driving like a 31,000 mile bmw should be driving. A lot of pulling in wheel, muffling sound when driving between 2-3 rpm’s most noticeable when driv driving like a 31,000 mile bmw should be driving. A lot of pulling in wheel, muffling sound when driving between 2-3 rpm’s most noticeable when driving up steep hill, and a thump in right wheel when going 40mph. I’m giving this service department a 2 because they were only able to resolve one of my problems, the thump in the right tire. Problem wheel bearing! The sound I was hearing between 2/3 rpm they said it was “2 bad motor mounts”. But what about the horrible pulling? Service manager, Arthur Padko said, that’s 💯 normal, maybe get an alignment…. He said he had the “BMW”area rep come and test drive it. What a joke. Knowing for a fact that this pulling/drifting of tires was not normal, I ended up bringing my bmw to Paul Miller BMW service center. Yep, they confirmed the pulling is definitely not normal and it’s a problem. Recommend to put all new tires on it. Did that and the pulling/drifting problem was resolved. BUT unfortunately neither dealerships has been competent enough to resolve the muffling sound that arises when the vehicle rpm hits at just about 3 rpm. AND BOTH DEALERS CHANGED 2 MOTOR MOUNTS. So yeah the motor mounts were changed November 13, 2023 by BMW Roxbury and then again by Paul Miller BMW in February 2024!!! Neither dealer resolved the issue of the muffling noise at the almost 3rpm mark, which is very noticeable going up a steep incline. The car sounds like it is struggling. Just beware of any service done at BMW of Roxbury, there not to competent. More
Service department are criminals. THE most dishonest pricing I've ever come across. $1500 To replace boost pressure solenoid on e90 3-series. My excellent expert local mechanic ch THE most dishonest pricing I've ever come across. $1500 To replace boost pressure solenoid on e90 3-series. My excellent expert local mechanic charged me $500 for identical service; I could have done it myself with an hour to kill and $150 for the part. When my car needed a new ground strap (a $70 part), the bill was $800. I screamed bloody murder and eventually they "researched" the service and charged me $350. I give them two stars due to courtesy. More
After visiting several dealerships, visiting BMW Open Road Roxbury in Kenvil was a delightful experience. Our salesperson, Toran, was very professional and had the vehicle prepared for our arrival. He wa Road Roxbury in Kenvil was a delightful experience. Our salesperson, Toran, was very professional and had the vehicle prepared for our arrival. He was extremely cordial and respectful of my needs. He was polite and displayed excellent knowledge of job. I was also very pleased with the way Gregg, the general manager, treated us and negotiated a fair price without pressure. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to everyone. Even signing the sales paperwork with Andrzej was positive experience. Overall, the entire staff was exceptional. I am well pleased with my purchase and the way I was treated. More
We have been working with Nick DiBernard for over 10 years, and with Roxbury BMW for even longer. Nick has been a pleasure to work with, and every transaction has been effortless and trouble-free. They are not the closest BMW dealer to where we live, but our experiences with Nick and the dealership as a whole make the extra drive well worth it! Highly highly recommend! More
Good dealership - the sales rep Nick was great - a professional, doing the job for years, not a 6 month new salesman! The finance manager was easy to deal with, the service representative was a strai professional, doing the job for years, not a 6 month new salesman! The finance manager was easy to deal with, the service representative was a straight shooter, direct and to the point on what repairs would be needed and the parts guy was great! We strongly suggest this dealership and the services they provide. I do not like car dealers but this one did very well for my family. JJW More

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my purchase from this dealership and the manner in which they obviously don't place importance on being legally able to drive & register the purchased vehicle. I from this dealership and the manner in which they obviously don't place importance on being legally able to drive & register the purchased vehicle. I've been waiting 3 months for my DMV paperwork and plates now. I'm paying on a vehicle which sits in my garage and not drivable as the result..I have patiently tried to explain to them that Nevada DMV requires steps in registering a vehicle differently than New Jersey. I have gotten nothing to date but broken promises weekly and they pass more excuses off to a third party company they use. I offered multiple solutions including paying off the vehicle loan and to provide me the title, the response again was zero. I paid 1700 ontop of the purchase price to have the vehicle shipped home from NJ to NV and for what to be told I must return to NVDMV and have them change there procedures? OMG!! Seriously!! That's a joke, & not at all a humorous one. The Bank can't even help resolve this issue and stated it's all in the Dealerships hands. The bank also stated that I was completely correct that NV DMV is very differently from NJ. So I know have a vehicle sitting in my garage with full insurance and monthly car payments for what ??? I would definitely tell anyone seeking a vehicle to completely avoid this Dealership and the headaches. It brings me absolutely no pleasure in having to leave this review. More
This was an extremely disappointing, dishonest, and frustrating dealership to work with. We originally ordered our BMW through BMW of Roxbury because they promised us -- several times, in writing - frustrating dealership to work with. We originally ordered our BMW through BMW of Roxbury because they promised us -- several times, in writing -- that our car would be ready within 6 weeks. We needed it in that window for crucial travel and had no other car. We made that clear to them and they promised with no hesitation. Of course, it was not ready in that time; it took around 14 weeks, the same timeframe that every other dealer quoted. We only ordered via Roxbury due to that promise -- we live over an hour away and it is super inconvenient for us. When pressed on why it was delayed, it was conveniently "due to that one must-have option you wanted," even though the delivery timeframe was now lined up with where every single other dealership had quoted. But, look, that's one thing, and I get that sometimes there are manufacturing delays that the dealer cannot account for. What was most frustrating was the confidence. Every time we asked them to confirm 6 weeks, it was met with a "yes, absolutely." Not a "yes, probably." There was no doubt, just reassurance - even when we told them how important having a car by 6 weeks was, as we needed to visit and transport sick colleagues. But, again, I get that sometimes there are manufacturing delays. What was REALLY frustrating about this experience was the lack of communication and structure thereafter. I want to specifically mention that Ramon, our salesman, was great to work with and seemed to be doing the best he could with what he had. He was always responsive. But there were other folks at the company we were forced to work with, including the General Manager, who were utterly unresponsive and unreliable. We were put directly in touch with him by Ramon, as he had made the claim about 6 weeks, but he seemed totally uninterested in being in touch with us. I spoke to him one time, after several unanswered emails, and then every call/email we made to try to continue our conversation went unanswered. I left messages with staff, called his direct line, emailed him – not a single response after the first one. I’m not an angry, needy, or vindictive person: I just wanted to understand the timeframe and see if there were alternatives to dealing with the situation that he had put us in by promising something he could not deliver upon. He was the one who told us to call back, and then he dodged all of our calls and emails. When our car finally arrived, almost three-times longer than promised, that lack of responsiveness suddenly vanished. But we were still delivered content in piecemeal and without proper details. Buy Orders were incomplete/inaccurate, terms were missing pages, and more. But what was most frustrating is that not a single word of apology was offered. They knew about the frustrating experience they had caused; they knew of the delay in delivery and how the complete lack of a car when we required one had negatively affected my family; they knew that we had gone unanswered for months. But we were not given so much as an apology. Honestly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if there had been a simple “we are sorry, that is not how we do things.” Instead, they pretended it didn’t happen, charged us full price for everything, tried to upsell us on the usual services, and sent us on our way. I highly regret having gone with Roxbury as the dealership we used. We will certainly not be going back there again in the future. Avoid if possible. More
First time working with Nick and purchasing a vehicle out of state and he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He helped me set up my phone and accounts with my new BMW and eve of state and he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He helped me set up my phone and accounts with my new BMW and even offered to allow me to call him afterwards if I had any questions about the vehicle.
