I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my purchase from this dealership and the manner in which they obviously don't place importance on being legally able to drive & register the purchased vehicle. I from this dealership and the manner in which they obviously don't place importance on being legally able to drive & register the purchased vehicle. I've been waiting 3 months for my DMV paperwork and plates now. I'm paying on a vehicle which sits in my garage and not drivable as the result..I have patiently tried to explain to them that Nevada DMV requires steps in registering a vehicle differently than New Jersey. I have gotten nothing to date but broken promises weekly and they pass more excuses off to a third party company they use. I offered multiple solutions including paying off the vehicle loan and to provide me the title, the response again was zero. I paid 1700 ontop of the purchase price to have the vehicle shipped home from NJ to NV and for what to be told I must return to NVDMV and have them change there procedures? OMG!! Seriously!! That's a joke, & not at all a humorous one. The Bank can't even help resolve this issue and stated it's all in the Dealerships hands. The bank also stated that I was completely correct that NV DMV is very differently from NJ. So I know have a vehicle sitting in my garage with full insurance and monthly car payments for what ??? I would definitely tell anyone seeking a vehicle to completely avoid this Dealership and the headaches. It brings me absolutely no pleasure in having to leave this review. More
This was an extremely disappointing, dishonest, and frustrating dealership to work with. We originally ordered our BMW through BMW of Roxbury because they promised us -- several times, in writing - frustrating dealership to work with. We originally ordered our BMW through BMW of Roxbury because they promised us -- several times, in writing -- that our car would be ready within 6 weeks. We needed it in that window for crucial travel and had no other car. We made that clear to them and they promised with no hesitation. Of course, it was not ready in that time; it took around 14 weeks, the same timeframe that every other dealer quoted. We only ordered via Roxbury due to that promise -- we live over an hour away and it is super inconvenient for us. When pressed on why it was delayed, it was conveniently "due to that one must-have option you wanted," even though the delivery timeframe was now lined up with where every single other dealership had quoted. But, look, that's one thing, and I get that sometimes there are manufacturing delays that the dealer cannot account for. What was most frustrating was the confidence. Every time we asked them to confirm 6 weeks, it was met with a "yes, absolutely." Not a "yes, probably." There was no doubt, just reassurance - even when we told them how important having a car by 6 weeks was, as we needed to visit and transport sick colleagues. But, again, I get that sometimes there are manufacturing delays. What was REALLY frustrating about this experience was the lack of communication and structure thereafter. I want to specifically mention that Ramon, our salesman, was great to work with and seemed to be doing the best he could with what he had. He was always responsive. But there were other folks at the company we were forced to work with, including the General Manager, who were utterly unresponsive and unreliable. We were put directly in touch with him by Ramon, as he had made the claim about 6 weeks, but he seemed totally uninterested in being in touch with us. I spoke to him one time, after several unanswered emails, and then every call/email we made to try to continue our conversation went unanswered. I left messages with staff, called his direct line, emailed him – not a single response after the first one. I’m not an angry, needy, or vindictive person: I just wanted to understand the timeframe and see if there were alternatives to dealing with the situation that he had put us in by promising something he could not deliver upon. He was the one who told us to call back, and then he dodged all of our calls and emails. When our car finally arrived, almost three-times longer than promised, that lack of responsiveness suddenly vanished. But we were still delivered content in piecemeal and without proper details. Buy Orders were incomplete/inaccurate, terms were missing pages, and more. But what was most frustrating is that not a single word of apology was offered. They knew about the frustrating experience they had caused; they knew of the delay in delivery and how the complete lack of a car when we required one had negatively affected my family; they knew that we had gone unanswered for months. But we were not given so much as an apology. Honestly, I wouldn’t be writing this review if there had been a simple “we are sorry, that is not how we do things.” Instead, they pretended it didn’t happen, charged us full price for everything, tried to upsell us on the usual services, and sent us on our way. I highly regret having gone with Roxbury as the dealership we used. We will certainly not be going back there again in the future. Avoid if possible. More
First time working with Nick and purchasing a vehicle out of state and he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He helped me set up my phone and accounts with my new BMW and eve of state and he was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. He helped me set up my phone and accounts with my new BMW and even offered to allow me to call him afterwards if I had any questions about the vehicle. He’s very knowledgable and will have you in and out of the dealership quickly! More

RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN As a customer, I recently had a terrible experience with this car dealership and its sales team. From start to finish, the service RUN RUN As a customer, I recently had a terrible experience with this car dealership and its sales team. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and downright frustrating the entire time at the dealership. TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Firstly, the salespersons who were located at the entrance never greeted us. I took notice but that wasn't a deal breaker as I was there to see a specific salesman we still spoke to them. Anyway, I was in constant contact with Joseph my salesman about this car. I asked every single question from miles to state to state transfer. He asked every question, but not honestly. He did not do his due diligence therefore giving answers to make the sale instead of actually doing reach as he and I were in contact about me driving 3.5 hours to purchase for about 1 week. He continuously tried to avoid getting me the correct answers to question I asked while at the dealership. Question he had 1 week to research as he was aware I would be coming to purchase. Everything about this day was scheduled in advance. When I made him aware that some of the answers were extremely broad and didn't really give any insight or wasn't helpful he became visibly annoyed and dismissive. He was uninterested in answering my questions about the vehicle's features and capabilities. Furthermore, the dealership's inventory was poorly organized and online it stated 2 keys. However when I arrived he stated he could not locate the 2nd key that day. As I stated he had 1 week to organize as I planned my visit as well as placed my deposit. The pricing was on paper and was verbally told to me prior to coming I was also told everything was included into the quoted price. I arrived the salesman proceeded to confirm to me everything is covered Under the price that was quoted to me. To make matters worse, I made them aware that in MD I would have to get my car State inspected. The salesman says tell me I don't that was false. I purchased this car 4/5/2023 I got it inspected 4/7/2023. I contacted the salesman directly he tells me their DMV department can check to confirm and thats all he needed from me. I contact him a week later and he tells him that I have to send the actual inspection report I do. then I contact him another week later he say he could not read the report. But he did not reach out to me to relay this message. My tags expired 5/3/2023. So, I was without a car to drive, & my extra key they lost. The entire staff was extremely rude, unprofessional dismissive unethical & unfriendly with horrible communication. When I was at the deanship my husband who owns "Quik N Eazy Tag & Title" in MD who is familiar with state laws offered to process the title and tag work for my vehicle to avoid something like this catastrophe from happening. They declined. To add insult to injury they send me a bill after processing my tags they stated there were overages. But, they took up their admin fee's which weren't depending on the tags and title fee's. I talked to the salesman Joseph and on another occasion Donna both rude: I told them my experience which both on two separate occasions literally told me that my experience was not accurate. They both tried to convince me that my experiences with this company wasn't bad to say the least. No one can tell you how you personally experience something nor can they tell you how you may decode an experience stay clear of this type of behavior the company cultures promotes gaslighting manipulative behavior, RUN. Overall, my experience with this car dealership was extremely disappointing. The sales team(Joseph), Managers (Donna), Supervisors (Steward), Receptionist (Bianca) etc was unprofessional, unethical, and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to steer clear of this dealership and find a more reputable and customer-focused establishment. More
