I took my car to a closer dealership and had to pay for removal. Open Road Audi of Manhattan is refusing to reimburse me because they’re upset about my survey response. Here’s an idea— actually do right by your customers and reach out to them instead of expecting 5 star responses for 2 star service. More
Great Dealership and probably my best experience from start to finish. The dealership itself is beautiful and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Levani was incredible from the beginning, and start to finish. The dealership itself is beautiful and everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Levani was incredible from the beginning, and he made me feel like family, He made himself available for all my annoying questions and always answered them in the politest fashion. Without him, I probably would not have purchased an Audi. Thierno was extremely thorough and setup everything for me. A person can get used to that attention! More
Hello! Do not waste your time at this dealership! If I could give it a zero, I would!! Having purchased over 30 cars in the past 10 years, I must say Do not waste your time at this dealership! If I could give it a zero, I would!! Having purchased over 30 cars in the past 10 years, I must say this was by far the worst experience. I took the train to grand central and walked to pick up my 2024 Audi etron RS gt. The salesman told me it was prepped the day before and would be ready at noon. I arrived at 11:45 and nobody even stood up to greet me or ask if I needed help. (The dealership was empty and did not have customers!). Finally the salesman arrived around 12:05 to tell me the car was damaged!! Interesting, because he told me the night before it was prepped and ready to go! I asked to see the car and it was in the service department, damaged! Why wouldn’t the GM or finance manager call me before I made the trip in? Even if they called me 10 minutes before I arrived, I would have felt better. However, they just don’t care here! This was a 153k car!!! It was not prepped at all. I passed on the car but asked if they had any other options for me as this was a fourth car for me and really just a toy. The sales manager at the desk wouldn’t give me the time of day and totally brushed me off. After leaving I walked back to the train and headed home. I found out later he just got promoted! Clearly they made the wrong choice! This was something I was getting for my birthday! I ended up finding another dealer and taking delivery that night. The experience was amazing!!! I also found out one of my friends who is also a client, buys from this dealer and others in the group. He could not believe the story! (He will no longer be going back!) I believe the managers name was Levani! Really high power job sitting at the elevated desk! Not sure what he was doing though! I do know the day cost me time and money and was really disappointed! Thank you for your time. I hope this saves someone from having an awful experience like I did. Michael More
This dealership does a disservice to the Audi brand. I have had a very bad experience both with sales and with service. This was my last Audi after having owned 3. Don’t buy your car here. They will lie I have had a very bad experience both with sales and with service. This was my last Audi after having owned 3. Don’t buy your car here. They will lie to your face and then not deliver on their promises. If you still want to do business here avoid a sales guy by the name of Scott Seger. He will promise you stuff and then be rude when you demand those promises to be fulfilled. Even if you can demonstrate you have them in writing. Further l, The service is horrendous. You go for a check-up and walk away with thousands of dollars of problems you didn’t know you had. Buy another brand, but if you still want an Audi, don’t buy it here. More
Worst customer service ever! !!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! I’m an Audi owner and saw a vehicle online that I wanted to trade mine in for. Sales Consultant Chris whose phone number is !!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! I’m an Audi owner and saw a vehicle online that I wanted to trade mine in for. Sales Consultant Chris whose phone number is 609-575-0582 told me the car was available I told him I want the vehicle and will be by after work to pick up he even told me to have insurance ready and everything I have the text message to prove it. He said, “Just shoot me a text when you’re on your way and I’ll get the car ready in the mean time”. So here I am happy to get into a new vehicle with insurance and everything ready to go. I pick up my wife my newborn son and head over to the dealership. I arrive he shows me the vehicle it’s looking good then tells me to wait for him. Even told me that the paperwork was already being worked on. Next thing you know 5 min later he tells me it was sold. I’m like are you kidding me!!! I drove all the way over here from Jersey with my newborn son and wife for you to tell me it sold. Truly the worst service ever!!!! Do not go to this dealership!!!!!!!!! See below pic so you can see his text message. I’m speechless. And of course there wasn’t nothing else done. I had to leave back home with nothing. Poor customer service. More

He had not real people skills and on top of that pretty much misled me as to the price. Price was X but then when he sent paperwork it was X plus 1000 or more for "fees". I bought a pretty good A4 at a lower price with less mileage from CarMax. I decided to give Audi of Manhattan another try via their service center. While for the most part its been ok, they now dont take Amex. And if you use another credit card they charge 3% more because thats what they get charged (by visa MC etc). Some of the folks in service act as if you are bothering them. Well Service is the first step to a new sale. Which now I will take elsewhere More
I was told a pre certified Audi I was going to buy had no cosmetic defects. I arrive and the sales manager announces there is damage to the back bumper. They fix it decently. I go to pick up the car and ther cosmetic defects. I arrive and the sales manager announces there is damage to the back bumper. They fix it decently. I go to pick up the car and there is a scratch on the front, the hood does not close properly and the inside of the car has dirt marks and debris. Since it was a low mileage vehicle, and the dealer agreed to fix the front scratch, I proceeded to the business office where the business person tried to sell me up to $12,000 in warranties, with no written materials or paperwork in front of me. There was not one price chart or comparison chart, no brochures, nothing. The business manager was asking me to listen to his brain dump. There were about 4 warranties, each with what seemed like 4 different option within each warranty, totaling about $12,000. Usually, dealers have charts, options and written materials but this dealer expects customers to pay over ten thousand dollars without knowing what they are buying. Needless to say, I walked out. I emailed the owner of Open Road who did not respond which it makes it seem like this poor service is from the top down. More
From delivery to now (1 year into the lease as of writing this review), Audi Manhattan has been nothing but a pain to deal with. First, I had specifically told them that I did not want their branding on this review), Audi Manhattan has been nothing but a pain to deal with. First, I had specifically told them that I did not want their branding on my car. If they wanted to put their branding, then they would have to discount the price. They agreed that they would not put any branding on the car and they would use my license plate frames. But they did not do so at the time of delivery. Second, while I made an appointment for a test drive, they did not "find" it when I arrived, even though I confirmed it with their online team before visiting. In hindsight, this should have been a red flag and I should have walked out right then and there. Third, when I moved from NY to NJ, I reached out to my salesperson Charles to check what I need to do in order to get my title updated. He did not respond to my email. Surprise surprise -- A car salesman not showing care after the papers have been signed and the car has been leased. When I called to follow up, he came off as very dismissive; as if he no longer needed to help me. Fourth, when I was replacing the license plates, I noticed that one of the screws holding the license plates was cross threaded into the nut of the license plate holder. The nut while spinning, broke the license plate holder. When I called in to ask them to replace the license plate holder, they started passing me around to different voicemails. I think they know about their lousy work ethic and hope that its not caught before the lease is over. My vehicle is very low mileage, which means that Audi Manhattan will come to me before my lease is over to get me into a new vehicle and get my leased car back to sell it as a CPO. Guess what Audi Manhattan? You're not going to get it. You do not value me as a customer, you do not get my business. More
We put down a deposit of $1000 on a new vehicle and we’re assured it was refundable if we did not make the purchase. We did not make the purchase and not only has the dealership refused to return the deposi assured it was refundable if we did not make the purchase. We did not make the purchase and not only has the dealership refused to return the deposit, we got the runaround every single time we called. They assured us someone would get back to us that day, but after several days of this it was clear they had no intention of returning our money. More
