I was helped by Elvin Diaz who sold me my vehicle. He worked very hard with the Sales Manager to make the deal happen immediately. He was literally assisted by the entire sales group in meeting my needs worked very hard with the Sales Manager to make the deal happen immediately. He was literally assisted by the entire sales group in meeting my needs, setting up the credit, delivering the new vehicle and helping me return a rental. Great TEAM Job. Would recommend them all to my friends. More
I stopped in to Open Road Acura to look at potentially buying a new TL. I had a very clean low mileage trade. The young salewoman was very pleasant. She was not the issue. After the used car manager looke buying a new TL. I had a very clean low mileage trade. The young salewoman was very pleasant. She was not the issue. After the used car manager looked at my car, he conferred with the sales person and she gave me a price for my car which was very very low. I know this as I was aware of the Galves value which is the publication a dealership will use to determine used car values. Maybe this was for show, but when he heard what I wanted for my trade, he yelled at the sales person (in his office, I never saw him), " what do you want me to do, I have no where to go". I could hear this as I waited on the showroom floor. Needless to say I did not buy the car there.I bought it elsewhere. The differnce in price ? The dealer I purchased from gave me $700 more for my trade, and sold me the new car for $1000 less ! It pays to shop, but I wouldn't put Open Road on your list if you are looking for a new Acura. Poor, poor, poor customer service. More
I was really not looking forward to buying a new car because of past experiences but Aldo and the managers of this dealership made the whole experience pleasant. Was able to negotiate a very good price because of past experiences but Aldo and the managers of this dealership made the whole experience pleasant. Was able to negotiate a very good price for a 2010 TSX and I am thrilled with the car. Picking up the keys and signing the paperwork was quick and painless. Would recommend this dealer. More
It was surprising easy to negotiate the leasing of the vehicle with the salesperson, Michael Arias and was warmly welcomed by all including a manager named Gene. This was by far my best car buying experience yet. I gave myself plenty of time to buy a car and received multiple quotes via email from dealerships in Virginia, Ohio, and New Jersey. Maurizio gave me gave myself plenty of time to buy a car and received multiple quotes via email from dealerships in Virginia, Ohio, and New Jersey. Maurizio gave me such a good offer I did not even have to haggle. His offer registered as a "great price" at truecar.com and he even included the destination fee. All of the negotiations were complete via email so my first trip to the dealership was to buy the car. I am in the military and Maurizio was so helpful he even helped me register my car at my next duty station saving me almost two thousand dollars in state taxes. I highly reccomend this dealership and especially Maurizio to anyone in the market for a new Acura. He not only offered me the best price in three states but also made it an incredibly enjoyable buying experience for me and my wife. More
For those that are either scared to visit car dealerships when it comes time to buy a new car or simply dread it, I am writing this to recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne to you. The people are friendly and when it comes time to buy a new car or simply dread it, I am writing this to recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne to you. The people are friendly and they take the time to educate you on a car that will meet your needs and the costs involved. They showed me exactly how I was saving money off the MSRP and broke down all costs to show me that there wasn't some type of hidden profit or "scam"involved, which many past dealers have tried to do to me. Being a woman, car dealerships have tried to take advantage of me in the past, but Open Road Acura of Wayne did not. Mike and Darius made my experience pleasant and I'm now driving a brand new TL which I absolutely love. The GM of the dealership, Eric, also greated me while I waited for my new car to be washed and ensured that my experience with his people was acceptable. These people really care. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an Acura. They will take care of you! More
Just got a 2004 Acura TL. I am extremely pleased with my experiance at Open Road Acura. I am 100% opposed to buying cars at dealers. However I needed a car quick so I stopped in to this dealer. Bill took gr experiance at Open Road Acura. I am 100% opposed to buying cars at dealers. However I needed a car quick so I stopped in to this dealer. Bill took great care of me and unlike most sales people he made sure that I was his priority and not the $. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with the car. The one downside at this dealer is the Doc fee. Its well above the average dealer. But in the end I feel it was worth paying the extra because they did one of the best detailing jobs I have ever seen on a car. There wasnt even a speck of dust on the interior and they cleaned the wheels to make them look brand new. You should have no problems at this dealer if you do your homework on the car your looking for first! More
I responded to a vehicle I saw online requesting bottom line pricing with dealer fees, etc added on-- it took them 2 days to respond and then they asked what information I needed. They said a salesman woul line pricing with dealer fees, etc added on-- it took them 2 days to respond and then they asked what information I needed. They said a salesman would get back to me. 3 weeks later I haven't heard from anyone. They probably would have gotten the sale if the fees were reasonable but they don't seem too eager to sell me a car. More
My husband & I purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition exactly 8 days ago from there in "perfect running condition with no problems" The truck has only 50K miles on it. We paid cash, brought the car home to our fam days ago from there in "perfect running condition with no problems" The truck has only 50K miles on it. We paid cash, brought the car home to our family mechanic to find out it was in an accident & has extensive front end damage that they will not pay for. They are very shady characters & we plan to consult a lawyer on this matter. I didn't purchase a truck to have it in the shop for 4 days within having it for a week with over $2K worth of damage that "isn't under the warrenty" This dealership is a bunch of shady characters. They will be out of business soon if I have something to do with it. More
I worked with the internet department and I can not say enough about this dealership. From the very first email to the time I left with my new MDX everyone was polite, accomidating and made me feel comfort enough about this dealership. From the very first email to the time I left with my new MDX everyone was polite, accomidating and made me feel comfortable. I recently went back for my first oil change and I left there feeling even better about my choice of where to buy my MDX. It is a wonderful place to buy and Acura has the best vehicles on the market.
