Great After going to several dealers and getting the run around. I went to Openroad Acura and met with Raymond Lee. I explained I was replacing my daughter lease and told him my budget. I asked him to please get me the best price so he wouldn't waste his or my time. He came with a great price on a car I was interested in. There was no back and fourth no games no hassle . I got there at 10 Am and by 1 Pm my daughter was driving her new Acura home. Great experience More
Do not work with Antonella!!! If I could give her negative stars, I would. It was a complete negative experience from beginning to end. I wanted to purchase a car in cash and was told they have bette negative stars, I would. It was a complete negative experience from beginning to end. I wanted to purchase a car in cash and was told they have better deals to finance. She presented me with an offer to finance and I said I would think about it over night. Antonella said she would follow up in the morning with me. I never received a call from her and when I did a few days later, it was a receptionist, Ana. Antonella could not take the time to get on the phone to speak with me to make a sale. Antonella has a very condescending demeanor. When I was test driving the car, she made comments about how I was unaware there was a Black Friday special going on and I found her to be very rude. If she wants to make a sale, she needs to get on the phone and follow up with what she said she was going to do. On top of that, Antonella is a liar. She told us there were only 2 cars left of the exact model and color I wanted (1 in NY and 1 in NJ). I believe this is a tactic she uses to try to urge you to buy a car from her. Please save your time and work with a different sales rep or go to the Acura dealership in Bridgewater where I ultimately bought my car. I had a great experience in Bridgewater where they made the entire process very easy and pleasant. Also, in Bridgewater, they magically had 2 of the exact cars I was looking for. According to Antonella, this was not the case. If you want to be insulted, have a negative experience, be talked down to, call Antonella! More

Amazing Team! I walked in with a particular car in mind and terms that didn’t fit. Raymond Lee was my salesperson and did not discourage me from going with what I wanted and even came up with back up plans just in case. All while keeping my desired features in mind. Even when I grew frustrated he didn’t. He remained patient and friendly. I got what I wanted at terms I agreed with and I LOVE my car! Lonnie Sherry was the fastest, most honest and kindest finance person I ever met! Mike Pascarelli the manager even personally came over to answer my questions. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership and the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. They listen and do what you ask. No pushy sales no shady business! Thank you! More
Terrible customer service! Will never use again! After leasing a car at this Acura dealership in August 2019, which was an unpleasant experience in itself (the price I was guaranteed in writing was n After leasing a car at this Acura dealership in August 2019, which was an unpleasant experience in itself (the price I was guaranteed in writing was not the one they tried to give me when signing for the car), they made an error with my insurance and registration which is still left unresolved. For a month I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times, and I have yet to get one call back. Upon leasing the car I requested that my old plates be transferred to the new vehicle. I made this very clear with them that these were the arrangements that I made with my insurance company. When I left the dealership with my new car I was given my license plates, a temporary license plates, and a temporary registration. The plan was that I was going to put on my original plates upon receiving the new registration. However, about a week and a half later a new license plate and registration came in the mail. This is where my first call to the dealership happened, but no one returned my call. Finally, after calling again and hearing nothing back, I decided to put the new plates on the car and call my insurance company to inform them. They proceeded to tell me that since my old plates were never turned in and I was in possession of a new registration and plates, I would be considered to have a lapse in insurance (bc since leasing the car I had 2 sets of plates). In turn I had to backdate my insurance to avoid penalties and then go through the hassle of returning the plates. This cost me about $75 and lots of aggravation. What's worse is that after calling and emailing the dealership multiple times for answers I am still yet to hear anything back. This was completely an error on their part and they won't even return my calls. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and had such a terrible experience. More
Paul is the go to sales representative! Paul was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! Ask for Paul in Sales and DO NOT CLOSE WITH IHEM I would give this dealership more than one star but they have the most unprofessional financial and insurance personnel named Ihem. After the incident which involved Ihem cursing out my partner and refusing to let me leave the dealership with "his car" after writing on my ready check loan, I contacted HR which got me in contact with the general manager who called me at work, and has not returned my phone call since. Pro tip: 1. Make sure to request the salesman Paul who has been HONEST, hardworking and answers his phone ON HIS DAY OFF. 2. DO NOT CLOSE YOUR CAR DEAL WITH IHEM ASK FOR THE OTHER FINANCIAL GUY. My partner and I will come back to Paul at whatever dealership he is employed at for a car. Thank you Paul ! YOU DESERVE A PROMOTION More

My wife and I was looking to upgrade to a RDX and was lucky to have met Ray at Acura East Brunswick. Ray made our car buying experience the best one yet! We had a terrible experience at another Acura dealership a few years back and decide to check out East Brunswick. We're glad we did. Ray made the process so easy and it had to do with his approach. He heard what we wanted and did his best to get us in the right vehicle and at a great price. He did not pressure or rush us through the car buying experience. My wife and I walked in with the intention of not buying a car that day but after meeting Ray, and having him guide us through the process seamlessly, we just knew it was a right decision to do business with him and Acura EB. The amazing service started and ended with Ray, but everyone we encounter at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. Something we did not experience at the other Acura dealership. So all I have to say is, if you're looking for a car and it requires you to check out Acura EB...do it. Ask for Ray when you walk through the door. Keep up the great service Acura East Brunswick. Were looking to finance a 2019 Acura IXL and planned on sitting through hours of negotiation with sales (again), but Very friendly and accommodating. Were looking to finance a 2019 Acura IXL and planned on sitting through hours of negotiation with sales (again), but Ray Lee made sure we came out with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and at the most reasonable price! Even though it did take a while for Acura to process the financing, Ray was with us every step of the way and even stayed an extra 3 hours after the dealership closed for Memorial Day to answer any questions we had, show us some other features of the car, and make sure we were ok. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any dealership and if anyone looking for a new car, definitely get Raymond as your sales guy! More

Although shopping for a car can be very stressful, Ray made my husband and I feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and patient. When I was concerned that the car wouldn’t fit in my small garage, Raymond drove the car to my home and parked it in the garage. Also, due to time constraints, we couldn’t stay at the dealership so Ray could explain the car’s features. Once again, Ray came through! He arranged to meet me at home to demonstrate and explain all the car’s great features. Raymond is a true asset to Open Road Acura. His knowledge of cars and no pressure approach made our experience a positive one, and we hope to do business with him in the future. I through.
