Roberto Brito, assistant manager is extremely rude and combative. We agreed to a deal with Dominick and he cam to tell is he was not accepting the deal. He never introduced himself to my husband. Had a wonderful experience with Yelica and Raymond Lee at this dealership. They worked with me on the price and threw in some accessories, etc to sweeten the deal! Ray was awesome! He was attentive, helpful, patient...jut great. Seriously Ray made this the best car buying experience ever! We drove about 90 mins to this dealership. We tried to work with a few closer to our home...but none were as accommodating as this one. When we got there to get the car, we thought we didn’t have the title to our trade with us...they offered to drive the new car to our home and drive the trade back to the dealership. False alarm. We had it with us...even the finance manager, Tito was great to work with too!!! More
Made a deal with the sales rep based on a sale price I had found on their website, only to be turned away by someone who said they were not aware of the deal. After shaking on a deal with the sales rep, t had found on their website, only to be turned away by someone who said they were not aware of the deal. After shaking on a deal with the sales rep, the manager walks over while I'm on the phone with the insurance company to add the vehicle saying he was not aware of the deal included taxes and fees, when clearly it had when I was working with the sales rep. Said if I wanted to be at the monthly payment I desired, I would have to put in extra $3k. Total xx. Mind you once I came back home, that sale price was not at their website anymore. The msrp price was $3k more than the sale price, which they eventually wanted me to cover. Pls take your business elsewhere and report to Acura and bbb. More
Total scammers; they advertised a Jeep Cherokee at $23,600 and I drive 45 mins to purchase after a long phone call to verify carfax info. Then they pull out the ACTUAL price of $25,900 after adding $1300 “reconditioning fee” $300 “Etching fee” (xxx is that?) and $695 “documentation fee”. That’s $2,300 in unadvertised fees. I walked out, went down the street and bought from another dealer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these con artists. More

We were in the market for a new Luxury SUV and after many stops to other dealerships we decided to go with Open Road Acura of EB. We had many other quotes on the same vehicle we were considering. However, Open Road Acura had one of the lowest pricing available. I did my due diligence going around trying to find the best price and trade in for my old vehicle. I actually went to about 5 other Acura dealerships to shop and compare. I was very close on making a deal at another Acura dealership, but decide to give Open Road Acura a chance for our business. After reading many online reviews from yelp and others. I decided to ask for our salesman Raymond Lee. I bought many cars in my lifetime both new and used cars. I could say that in my past experience that other salesman were pushy, rude, arrogant, argumentative, and overall not easy to deal with. Guess what? Raymond is the opposite of those typical stereotypes. Ray was one of the best car salesman's I've ever dealt with EVER. He is friendly, attentive, professional, and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the purchase before you leave the dealership. On a personal note, I just found out that he owns more vehicles than I did. I have owned about 24 cars up to date and a car enthusiast so we both definitely relate. We were just taking about other cars in the market so it was a causal conversation and did not feel like a sales pitch. Overall, I definitely recommend Open Road Acura of EB and Ray Lee for your next new or used car purchase. He is a wonderful person to work with and I was glad I was able to work with him. He made us feel it was a no pressure environment when we were negotiating. Both him and his sales manager made us feel confident that they were giving us the best deal and trade in value that we decided to purchase from Open Road Acura. At the end of the day, we came home with a brand new 21 Acura RDX Aspec with color combo we wanted. If you are in the market go see Raymond Lee and the people at Open Road Acura of EB. I don't give out 5 stars ratings often at car dealerships, but they deserve 5 stars for Ray and Open Road during our transaction. More

By far the BEST way to buy a car. Raymond Lee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I called on a Friday to see if an MDX would be feasible and the car was delivered that same afternoon!
