I expected a professional level of service for my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to a mechanic that will care enough to properly inspect vehicle. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. His transparency, openness, and access to records is something I have not seen at other dealerships. When I had a question regarding the car and parts, he quickly had his service department put it on the lift and walk me through the master technicians review. I'm terms of price, although we were initially far apart, he did his best to come to a mutually agreeable number. I was even given a list of vehicles within 100 miles as a comparison so that I knew I was getting a great price. Communication was perfect and extremely quick. Acura of new Brunswick is definitely a dealer that I would recommend for anyone looking for transparent pricing and excellent service. More
From the sales consultant, all the way to corporate management, this dealership is as deceptive and unethical as they come. The President of Open Road group, Michael Morais , and I had a verbal agreeme management, this dealership is as deceptive and unethical as they come. The President of Open Road group, Michael Morais , and I had a verbal agreement that Open Road Acura would buy back my vehicle because of the oil leak and engine knocking that was present. This was a CPO that they sold to me. After multiple attempts to contact Michael, he abruptly stopped responding to my calls, texts and emails. His websites give the portrayal that he is a caring, integral businessman, which is not the case. Open Road Acura and Open Road Group proved to have all of the characteristics of dishonest communication and unethical business practices. I would not wish my worst enemy to do business with this company. This process was a nightmare. I did my best to remain professional and understanding, but once I had learned that I was stuck paying thousands of dollars after purchasing the vehicle, with an extended vehicle services contract, it became an unpleasant exchange. It is because of businesses such as Open Road where customers get that uneasy feeling that we are being taken advantage of, and they take full advantage. This experience has taught me the importance of doing thorough research when in the market for a vehicle purchase. I have highly educated myself with the process and it is all thanks to Open Road Auto Group. More
Roberto Brito, assistant manager is extremely rude and combative. We agreed to a deal with Dominick and he cam to tell is he was not accepting the deal. He never introduced himself to my husband. I wonder combative. We agreed to a deal with Dominick and he cam to tell is he was not accepting the deal. He never introduced himself to my husband. I wonder if his behavior would’ve been the same if we were caucasian. This is ny far the worst interaction we have had with a car dealership. More

Had a wonderful experience with Yelica and Raymond Lee at this dealership. They worked with me on the price and threw in some accessories, etc to sweeten the deal! Gave me an awesome deal on my trade. Ray this dealership. They worked with me on the price and threw in some accessories, etc to sweeten the deal! Gave me an awesome deal on my trade. Ray was awesome! He was attentive, helpful, patient...jut great. Seriously Ray made this the best car buying experience ever! We drove about 90 mins to this dealership. We tried to work with a few closer to our home...but none were as accommodating as this one. When we got there to get the car, we thought we didn’t have the title to our trade with us...they offered to drive the new car to our home and drive the trade back to the dealership. False alarm. We had it with us...even the finance manager, Tito was great to work with too!!! More
Made a deal with the sales rep based on a sale price I had found on their website, only to be turned away by someone who said they were not aware of the deal. After shaking on a deal with the sales rep, t had found on their website, only to be turned away by someone who said they were not aware of the deal. After shaking on a deal with the sales rep, the manager walks over while I'm on the phone with the insurance company to add the vehicle saying he was not aware of the deal included taxes and fees, when clearly it had when I was working with the sales rep. Said if I wanted to be at the monthly payment I desired, I would have to put in extra $3k. Total xx. Mind you once I came back home, that sale price was not at their website anymore. The msrp price was $3k more than the sale price, which they eventually wanted me to cover. Pls take your business elsewhere and report to Acura and bbb. More
