Dealership provided the 20k service complimentary since I had recently purchased the car used and there was not a record of it being performed. ETA for inspection was accurate. Did not address all of my concerns outside of the basic inspection I asked about having a 3rd key made in order to access the Volvo app or if there was another way to access it so I’m unable to use all the features. Also, there was 1 tire that was more worn than the others but still had about 10k of tread left according to tire centers. Volvo keeps attempting to contact due to a “declined repair” which isn’t even necessary. More

The General Manager was very helpful. After a rocky start, he went above and beyond to help me with a car rental. He’s the only reason I will return for service.
