I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson in October of 2022 and in February 2023 my radio and all warning alerts went out. I took my vehicle in, per Hyundai Technical Assistance Center all that had to be done was in February 2023 my radio and all warning alerts went out. I took my vehicle in, per Hyundai Technical Assistance Center all that had to be done was reset my amp. March 16 while on a road trip everything went out again. I was able to text the Service Advisor who indicated he would order the amp to be replaced as this is the next step. I was contacted by Tina to schedule the replacement and asked if it could be done soon as I was going on an extended vacation. Tina was able to schedule me before my vacation. On April 19 the amp was replaced, April 21st, beginning of another long road trip everything went out again. I texted the Service Advisor I worked with previously, no response. The following week I called and spoke with Tranise to advise of the issue, informed her I would call back once I was back in town. I scheduled an appointment on May 25th, when I took my vehicle in the radio was working and they could not troubleshoot the issue. I picked up my vehicle on May 26th and May 28th everything went out again. I called on Tuesday, May 30th since Monday was a holiday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, May 31st. I received an update at 4:38pm stating the original amp was faulty, a new one had been ordered and waiting for it to arrive to install it. Then at 4:41 pm I was informed the prior message was incorrect and after calling Hyundai Technical Assistance Center they had to perform a wire connection/pin test and had to keep the vehicle overnight. Thursday June 1 I was told the amp they received was faulty (again) and have ordered a new one. When asked next steps, I was told I could pick up vehicle and bring it back once amp was in. When I aske if the radio was working I was told "It is working for us now." When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I asked if the radio and alert system goes out in 30ish days again what are next steps and was told they have no idea. My vehicle was brought around and when I got in, guess what? The radio was NOT working. I had to go back, the Service Advisor took it around to get "reset". I asked to speak to Dan, the Service Manager, and was told he was locked up and could not come out to speak to me. I asked to have him call me before he left for the day and never received a call. In addition to the above issue, I had an issue with the bumper applique when I purchased the vehicle. I sent pictures to Nick, in sales, to advise him of issue. I received a call to schedule appointment thinking I was taking it in to get it replaced only to be told it had to be ordered so it was a waste of a day off to schedule because get this, they wouldn't schedule past noon. What?! Then to get there and be told oh we have to order this. Why was it not ordered by Nick or the person who called me to schedule the appointment when I sent pictures of the issue and they new what was needed? Instead I had to make an appointment at 11:45 am, leave work, drive down there for the service advisor to take pictures again and tell me it had to be ordered. The service at this place is horrible and ridiculous and for that reason alone I would not recommend this dealership! Hopefully writing this review over and over in all the places I can will get me some type of response and resolution but I am doubtful. More

Nick was great! He contacted me after I looked at a vehicle online. He had information on both vehicles when I arrived, although I knew one of them was not in stock. We talked, I told him exactly what I wanted and he went from there. When the truck arrived at the dealership, he telephoned me that it had just arrived and we went from there. I purchased the vehicle and Nick has still been helping me. I am truly thankful for his help in setting up features on the truck and he has offered to help me again since my phone at the time was not compatible with the Blue Link app. I am a very satisfied customer. I just bought an Elantra there and I had a wonderful experience. Brandon was so helpful and polite and made the whole process smooth. I felt taken care of not taken advantage of. This was the most amazing experience and I wont hesitate to go back again. On a late Sunday evening in the rain 15 min before closing he let me come look at the car after communicating via text. I fell in love and he said lets make it happen. The next day everything was done on line and some talking on phone. Best part so busy at work he said I will BRING the CAR so he headed to my office.
