I’m sorry you’ve been having such a difficult time with your vehicle. The issue with the amplifiers on this model has been an ongoing issue for quite some time. Unfortunately, we have to follow the Technical Service Bulletin from Hyundai on how to address this concern. Clearly following the current bulletin did not resolve the issue by replacing the amplifier. The concern you are experiencing appears to be caused by a deeper problem that needs a more in-depth diagnosis. We would most likely need to keep your vehicle for a few days while we work with Hyundai technical engineers to resolve this. I invite you to schedule an appointment to leave your vehicle with us while we work to resolve the problem once and for all. A rental or loaner vehicle will be provided to you during this time. Mr. Labib, my vehicle was left there two times for multiple days and I was never offered a rental. In addition I have a text message from Esteban on 6/1/23 indicating the original amp replaced was faulty. He then indicated since the amp did not affect the drivability, I could pick up the vehicle and confirm the radio was working. When I arrived and my car was brought out to me, my radio is not working and he had to take it back and have it reset so that I could continue on with the working radio. He indicated the amp would be ordered as it was in stock locally and will be in within a few days. After not hearing from him for about over a week on June 12 I sent a follow up text message asking for an update. I was then informed that it was back ordered. The release date is June 18. Once a Hyundai releases it they will ship it. I’ve been reached out to him on June 28. He indicated that the parts department check on the status and it’s a national backorder. No ETA from Hyundai and indicated I was more than welcome to contact Hunter corporate myself and provided me a phone number. I have been in customer service for over 25 years myself and never ever. Would I correct the client to contact the corporate office I would handle that and escalated as much as possible to get the issue resolved for my customer never ever would I directed client to contact corporate! And then asked if there was anything else I could do to get the radio to work? He then indicated you meanbesides pressing the reset button which he had previously told me verbally never to do. The last correspondence I have with your dealership was on July 5, 2023 indicating where the reset button was and never ever did anyone follow up with me on the app that was nationwide back order. Today is March 4, 2024 and still NO FOLLOW UP from your service department about my back ordered amp. As I’m stated previously and I will continue to state this and enter reviews wherever I can for your dealership I regret purchasing my vehicle from you and the service department is the worst I have ever experienced! I guess your service advisors follow the lead of your service manager who never called me. There is no need to respond further to my review of your dealership. I will not change it and your dealership is the worst out there and I will continue to warn people not purchase their vehicles from your dealership.
