How funny you reply to my review yet you have never replied to my phone calls, messages or emails. CALL ME And again lies, you could have done something you could have done a collateral exchange and still could. Your dealership lied about exchanging the vehicle, lied about making my payments until this was resolved all documented in emails. Your Sales Manager Dominic Montes pushed me over to Hyundai America Customer Service Specialist telling me how easy it was, Hyundai would take the car back. His brother-in-law just did it because he didn't like the gas mileage he was getting, he wrote down the information gaving me the number for the person who handles your Dealership. The vehicle was returned from Caliber Collision again on August 25th with new damage which your service department sent me pictures of because I haven't seen the vehicle since August 3rd. Now it needs to be repaired for the 4th time and just sits on your lot waiting for Hyundai while I pay for a vehicle you have had longer then me. Since your the GM act like one and pick up the phone and call me. I have all pictures, emails and text ready to send to BBB, Hyundai America CEO, President, Executives, Hyundai Financial Executives, News Media.

Just an update on Ontario Hyundai GM Sam Labib. Still hasn't returned my calls or emails since August 3rd, my vehicle is still on his lot since August 3rd. Worst GM ever, Hyundai should rethink who is running this dealership and the business he is forcing to go somewhere else because of his lack of leadership, professionalism and integrity. 👎👎👎👎👎
