Still waiting for one of the sales managers to call me back regarding the alarm on the 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA that I leased. I got a lot of misinformation when I leased this car., on July 4 spoke to him on July 17 said he would call me back the next day or my sales person would call me back in the next day and neither one of them did.. Also I feel I got coached by my sales person on how to answer my new car buying experience questions. Not too happy about how things played out. I should’ve waited longer to answer my initial survey regarding my experience at this dealership.. would like to have maybe the general manager contact me so we can discuss what happened. Thank you. The following day, we visited the dealership, where Nick had the two vehicles we were interested in ready for test drives. He also provided a thorough tutorial during the drive. The price he quoted online was exactly what we paid—everything was clear and upfront. The entire purchase process was quick and efficient, and we were in and out in no time. The next day, I stopped by to drop something off, and Nick made sure to meet me to check in and answer any questions about the car. A month later, we’re still extremely happy with our new vehicle. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The manager gave us a fair price on our trade-in, and the finance manager, Brian, was exceptionally friendly and made the signing process smooth and easy. More
