Very shady practices after you have agreed to price and terms. When you go to finance department, everything he is typing in is not available to see. There are NO paper copies for you to look at to see if terms. When you go to finance department, everything he is typing in is not available to see. There are NO paper copies for you to look at to see if everything is correct or if they changed something without your permission. You are only given a thumb drive with the info on it, so you can't see what they have done until you get home and plug it into computer. There were mistakes and I went back in the next day complaining to Brian, the finance Mgr. HE offered me a couple of options, stating I could choose one and then he would fix the error and "re-write" the contract. I went home and discussed this with my wife and I emailed Brian within an hour. Brian NEVER responded. Next morning I also texted him. Again no reply. I have now contacted Brian, 4 times and he refuses to reply. I was lied to and I am being ignored. Be VERY careful if you choose Ontario Hyundai. Their word means nothing. More

I've been a customer for the past 7 years and I have found all the Service Reps. that I've met to be friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase or if in for car service or repair! More
