I'm a bit confused by your review, as we do not have any coupons offering a car wash like you stated. Also, we do offer snacks at our coffee bar and our oil change stickers reflect the date and mileage at the time the service is performed, not when the next visit is. Regarding the finance aspect, we did not make any changes post-purchase, nor can we make any changes post-purchase. In fact, our Finance Manager, Brian as a part of his review, found the opportunity to save you a couple of hundred dollars on the price of the vehicle and he proactively applied the discount. We strive to ensure our customers get the best possible deal, and we believe this was a positive step. Max, our Sales Manager, is very respectful of our customers’ time and is dedicated to solving issues. He offered to take the vehicle back and undo the deal because all the solutions you provided were not valid or legal, and we could not comply with them.
