Purchased 2021 vehicle July 7th, 2 weeks later notice chips of paint on the ground and around the windshield area. Checked the vehicle carefully found previous damage to bottom driver side door which loo chips of paint on the ground and around the windshield area. Checked the vehicle carefully found previous damage to bottom driver side door which looks like someone tried to repair it, paint coming off bumper, hood, door, dent in the roof. Made an appointment to bring vehicle in, couldn't get in until August 3rd. They have sent the vehicle in 3 times to Caliber Collision and have not gotten it fixed came back again from Caliber Collision on Aug 25 with new damage or further erosion of the vehicle so it will need to be sent back 4th time. It is sitting on their lot still and Service Manager Dan Feldman's answer to what is going on with it is "I don't know " GM Sam Labib has never returned my calls or emails. Sales Manager Dominic Montes offered to take the vehicle back then said he couldn't then offered and agreed to make my payments until this is resolved and recently called me and said he couldn't. Told my to go file a case with Hyundai. Hope i can add pictures they tell the whole story More

After making several trips to different locations, "K" was incredible. He did everything needed to help me find my dream car. I asked him to please refrain from trying to sell me on a lease (the last time was incredible. He did everything needed to help me find my dream car. I asked him to please refrain from trying to sell me on a lease (the last time I came that is all that was discussed and it was something I did not want.) And without hesitation he was able to sell me the vehicle (at an incredible price might I add) and cater to my every need. He even helped drop off the car at my residence and was incredibly humble and kind. Every time I am coming back to Hyundai, I will be looking for this incredible human being that made everything possible for me. Julian also helped but he did push the lease idea which I had asked we did not discuss. All in all, from the bottom of my heart K, thank you. The service department went above and beyond to fit my emergency situation into a very impacted schedule that they had. They were able to fix the problem even though it was not a typical one with which th emergency situation into a very impacted schedule that they had. They worked to do what was necessary to make my car safe and to assure me of their concern.
