This lot is a throwback to the stereotypical dealership that plays shell games with their customers. We’re in line like everyone else for an Ionic 5, doing business with a salesperson who evidently got fir that plays shell games with their customers. We’re in line like everyone else for an Ionic 5, doing business with a salesperson who evidently got fired because we started getting phone calls from different names in the dealership. They finally got the model we are searching for but Mohamed quoted a price 15K above what we were told at the outset. Same model, same features but a quantum leap in price. Obviously a very popular model but I expect more of a nice dinner out before this kind of behavior. When we told Mohamed this was far outside what we were told we’d be paying he switched rails to asking the age-old “What payment size were we looking for?” scam. I will never, ever go back to this archaic nonsense offered up by this lot More
