I apologize if you were under the impression that your first maintenance service would be free. That is not something we offer upon the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. The service advisor that helped you took time to check with the sales team and the floor manager that was helping you in your purchase, and there is nothing in your sales deal promising a free service. I do see you have an extended warranty contract that covers mechanical breakdowns, but nothing that offers complimentary or pre-paid maintenance. They are not listed for vehicles that are in transit. I was interested in precontracting. And when asked about the price before coming in I was told that I couldn’t get the price over the phone as others have used your price to leverage other dealerships into lower prices. Absolutely one of the highest markups I’ve seen anywhere. And then when I referenced another dealer that was doing no markups, I was lied to and said that they would have dealer accessories as well. This isn’t true. I was interested in 2 cars. You won’t be selling me either one of them. Oh yea and how do you have dealer accessories on a car that you physically don’t even have yet and is still in transit? Scammers.
