I arrived on time and my Service Rep Tom Randles was there to greet me. We discussed what i needed done and he took care of the rest. H e showed me the service area and he kept me informed of what was g there to greet me. We discussed what i needed done and he took care of the rest. H e showed me the service area and he kept me informed of what was going on. He let me know that the inspection revealed the need to replace the engine filter and the cost. He also informed me that it was a good time to replace the cabin filter which at 15000 mile for my 23 Hyundai Santa Fe Caligraphy was time to replace. I appreciate his diligence to provide me the best service, howler i did not want to replace it at this time. He also looked into my contract and found that i had added the service including these parts at my purchased date. I only had to pay for parts but not the Oil which has gone up tremendously due to our Oil Crises. All in all, i was very pleased with the cleanliness of the Service Center and Lobby. Thank you for the free coffee and snacks. I would rate Tom’s performance 10 and the Ontario Dealership’s as well for their performance and condition of the Lobby and lot. At this moment, one star is what they have earned. This mostly due to the lack of communication on the status of our car. We told them when we purchased our used car that we lived in San Diego. This is the second time the car has had to be serviced. Yes they did tow the car back to Ontario and they gave a courtesy car for our convenience. After the first repair, we took the car to have it evaluated. The coils needed to be replaced. Not an expensive replacement when caught in time. But there are no return of phone calls or emails and it has been a week. This is truly disappointment and falls under the stereotype of used car salesman. Just tell us the truth. Show character. More

From my call to make an appointment until I drove my car away after the servicing, it was a pleasant experience. Spencer is A#1 as a service rep. , he always remembers me and is very attentive to my needs away after the servicing, it was a pleasant experience. I would give them 4. 5 Stars for the Service Dept. I've had my car (Which I purchased there) serviced there several times. The service time has always been reasonable or 5 Stars for the Service Dept. I've had my car (Which I purchased there) serviced there several times. The service time has always been reasonable or close to their wait estimate, which is extremely nice. My car is always returned clean or in the same cleanliness condition as it was when I dropped it off. My only issue is how they check your car in. There doesn't seem to be a system in place and seems to depend on which Service Advisor you have? The last (2) times I waited in my car in line for 10-15 minutes while others in front and behind me in line were checked in. Maybe I just have bad luck but it was a little frustrating. I was eventually assigned a different Service Advisor-Jake Stevens, and he was great! More

I have found all the personnel to be friendly and helpful and this week's visit for front brakes and alignment on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis was years . Jake Stevens was my Service Adviser for this visit. He was friendly and helpful throughout the service process, from check-in through completion of my car service repairs.
